Great customer service and easy process and good people.

Awful experience with Heights. Poor customer service and the pay portal is unreliable. Website has absolutely no support. Autopay was setup, however customer service claimed it was my bank account. Stay far away, predatory loan behavior.

I had a great experience with Heights Finance, thanks to Peggy and her manager Tina. I came in late in the day on Friday, December 12th, thinking I might have to leave and come back another time. Instead, Peggy immediately made me feel welcome, asked me to have a seat, and got right to work.

Peggy made the entire process very smooth, quick, and thorough. She was professional, friendly, and efficient, and she explained everything clearly. Her manager, Tina, was also on site and just as awesome—very supportive and hands-on throughout the process.

Together, they were able to get everything approved quickly, and I was honestly surprised at how fast and easy everything was. I didn’t even come in with a big need, but they still took the time to make sure I was taken care of and helped me with things I didn’t even realize I needed.

Overall, it was great service, great conversation, and above-and-beyond care. I was in and out, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Peggy, Tina, and the Heights Finance team in Fort Wayne.

Luci is a miracle worker! The odds were stacked against me and Luci reassured me that I wasn’t too far gone and she was right. She was able to help my husband and I get the loan we needed and she was very sweet and helpful the entire time! Deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received throughout my loan application process. The customer service I’ve experienced has been unprofessional, inefficient, and inconsistent with the standards I expected from your company—especially given the large number of similar complaints noted in your public reviews.
My application was submitted without your team collecting all of the necessary information from me. Despite this incomplete intake, my credit report was still pulled. After this, I received no follow-up communication regarding next steps, updates, or any explanation of the process. I had to contact your office myself just to understand what was happening with my own application.
Was met with dismissive tones and unhelpful responses from your representatives, which only added to my concerns about how my file is being handled.
I will consider filing complaints with regulatory bodies, regarding the mishandling of my application and the lack of disclosure prior to the credit inquiry.

This company is Fraudalent. I'm going to get my attorney involved and contact a lot of the federal agencies and show them the contract and how that changes month to month. The original paper work needs to be sent immediately. FRAUD 12-9-2025 10-27am

Today was my second visit and I saw Randy. He is easy to talk to and takes the time to talk to you and listen to what you need. Never pushy, always treats their customers like friends. I’ll be using them for a long time to come!
