Once again if I could give zero stars I would. I received a email an a text about customer appreciation week Nov 17-21. If you get a new loan or refinance the week of customer appreciation no payments until 2026. I made my payment over the phone Thursday 11/20 the lady never mentioned these perks….. Very ridiculous….. Not surprised at all…..Tyler,Tx location

I have visited Tracy and her crew several times throughout the years and I have ALWAYS been very satisfied with my results and their kindness. They are fast, efficient and FUN to work with. Heights Finance in O'Fallon is always my first stop when thinking about taking out a loan. Give them a try as you will not be disappointed!

My experience with Heights Finance has been extremely disappointing. The loan contract I signed clearly lists AAA arbitration as the method for resolving disputes, but when I initiated arbitration, Heights Finance did not follow through and did not pay the required fees to proceed. Despite this, they continued to use court filings and garnishment instead of honoring the arbitration process that they included in their own contract.

In court, there were several statements made by their representatives that did not match the documented facts, and this created unnecessary confusion. I also experienced repeated garnishment actions even after payments were being taken out of my paycheck, and yet it was later stated that no payments had been received. This type of inconsistency is concerning.

In addition, the ongoing court actions caused negative marks and disruptions on my credit, even though the company was not following the dispute resolution terms in the agreement. I feel this has caused avoidable financial harm.

Based on my experience, Heights Finance needs to be more transparent with customers about how their arbitration clause actually works, follow their written agreements, and avoid aggressive court tactics that put customers at an unfair disadvantage. I hope they improve their communication and their process so others don’t go through the same issues.

Olga really helped and was very accommodating, reassuring, and answered any questions that I had making me feel much comfort. She even went out of her way to make sure my funds made it into my account.
