My Husband received a one of those checks in mail saying he was pre approved so I decided what did we have to loose so I went on the website and filled out an application. Michael called my husband told us what we were approved for but we were needing alittle more he told us what to bring with us so we went to the cartersville store and sat and talked to Randy Watkins. They both were very professional and were eager to accommodate us. After all was said and done we walked out happy. If your looking for someone who will sit and talk to you work with you than you can’t go wrong. Go talk to Randy or Michael they will be glad to help you out..Thanks you Heights Finance

I paid off my loan in early August 2025 and used my vehicle for collateral. I called the office in Knoxville, TN in mid September and spoke with someone and they said they would call back . I never got a phone call . It’s mid October 2025 and still no title . I just called the Knoxville Clinton Hwy office and they are going to check around and call me back . Hopefully I will get a phone call back and not be talked to like I’m bothering the person . Poor customer service.
