WoW! That’s the word that comes to mind when I think of this location. WoW is the word I use because from start to finish everything was quick, easy, and hassle-free.
Victoria M. and Maryssa explained everything to me and made the process go smoothly.
The best thing about it is that they called me and told me what options I had. They answered my questions and helped me find the best solution for me.
They were professional, and nice. My experience was a good one. I recommend trying them.
I am a person who pays close attention to customer service…and when I see, hear, and experience great customer service I enjoy letting others know that there are still those out there who remember their customers.

The staff at Kingston Pike/Gleason are amazing! They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. They walk you through the process, pages, and payment plans with detail and warmth. I felt like I left with new friends!

A while back, Heights Finance began doing larger loans so they contacted me to see if I was interested. I ended up being denied. I know it’s not their fault my credit is bad, but I have also been a customer for several years with them, and never missed a monthly payment. I feel like that should have counted for something. Then 2 weeks ago, I had an emergency, and my dog had to have surgery for a bad wound he got. Again, I know that is not their problem, but I still feel like being a long time customer, they could have done something to help. And I did not really get that upset about it until another loan company said I had renewed too soon, but they would see what they could do. They ended up getting it approved and was able to help me pay for the surgery. That is the difference in customer service. And it may not be the branches fault, I’m sure they have rules, but their corporate should give leeway to decide if they can help people or not. Either way, I will never forget this.
