Excellent service I want to thank Rebecca for assisting me in my loan she expedited my application quickly and I received my loan the same evening. I had not had any issues until today. I was late on my payment. That is 100% on me. My job has been very hectic, I am in graduate school, and I forget things very easily. I have made several late payments due to the same reasons or financial strains at the time. It has never been an issue. I make the payment when I can and sometimes I will even get a late fee. Unfortunately, I have almost never been able to answer my phone when I have been contacted by Heights Finance. I have a phone that screens all of my calls so most of the time whoever is calling hangs up before it actually gets to me. My phone also stays on silent unless I am at work. Literally 45 minutes ago I missed a call. I didn't see it ringing but once I looked at my phone again and I saw the name I remembered I hadn't paid yet and logged in to do so. When I looked at the call more closely I realized it had in fact been screened and that there was a transcript. My Call Assist had said "Before I try to connect you can I ask what you're calling about?" The person from Heights Finance said something that the phone could not pick up but it was able to catch part of their response when they said "No, they're not stupid."
That felt incredibly rude and uncompassionate. I realize it is annoying when people do not answer the phone and when people pay things late. I am human, I make mistakes and for that to be a response is incredibly disheartening. I have never had a bad experience with them until now but this has definitely left a bad taste.

I had a very positive interaction with Karen Forrest who guided me through the process of obtaining a loan. She showed such professionalism, while still being very personable and customer driven. There were no hidden agendas. I appreciate the care that was given to me in my financial time of need. Thank you Heights Finance!

Oh my God!! They mailed me an unsolicited ck. I am still working but also dealing with cancer at age 33. The extra money could help. They mailed check on 8/19/2025....deposited it on 8/25. They seem to think my payment due date is the 19th . The check is the contract the 25th is the correct date. I had a friend( paralegal) call to sort it out...they hung up on her!!!

I was in a real financial bind and had paid on my loan for 2 years and was denied due to my credit score dropping. I have paid them even when it was a struggle. They have great people but the company has no loyalty to a loyal customer soooo you said someone would contact me and they didn’t. You guys are just not winning any points with me and if you can’t help then don’t even bother contacting me . You should change the advocacy term to not helping or calling anyone back because you guys don’t care. If you did you would have done something

Every time I call to make a payment in Lake Charles the associate Brittany or at least that what she told me. She is very RUDE!!!! We as customers should not be talked to as she handles me every time. Regardless if a customer is "Delinquent" like she said frequently!!! She spoke to me as if I didn't matter. I just wanted to pay my bill and the late fees and get on to my day. I will pay you out and will never return and surely will not refer anyone else.

Our experience was very pleasant and all of our questions were answered in a professional friendly manner. The ladies were very helpful and will recommend to everyone.

They really helped when I was in a situation

So…. I went online and applied for a loan. First came back with approval for a certain amount. Representative called and verified information and told me that she would give to manager and manager would give me a call in about an hour. In the meantime I was sent an email to sign for consent, which I did. Still waiting onto hear from the manager. So the next day…. It’s been 24 hours and still the manager hasn’t called me do I call them and ask about it. Representative puts me on hold and comes back to let me know that they couldn’t help me. I’m ok with the fact that they couldn’t help me, but I think that is very poor business ethics to leave a person just hanging. No email… No call …. Not a thing on their part! Apparently they don’t need business these days!!!!

What made the company great is the Branch Manager Liz and the Assistant Branch Manager Sharonda. I walked into the Heights Finance office in Arlington Tx off of Little Rd on today(8/22/25). The caring super friendly professional young ladies. My paperwork was ready and we went over them to make sure everything was correct. I was very impressed. The office had a very warm calming effect. Music playing softly. I'm joking laughing and they are too. All to say this I was overwhelmed with their kindness and demeanor. I want to also thank Jaquita in her absence for her help in previous transactions. She was very caring and always so willingly to help. Very nice young ladies. These 3 women at Heights Finance office are the BEST.
