Good initial selection

Great that I can readily purchase products that are somewhat difficult to find otherwise. My only grouse would be the delivery by amazon - I was bombarded by messages from them and then when they delivered I had no idea it had arrived as the package was just on the doorstep. Otherwise, thank you very much.

Truly great service

I've waited until I've done three orders so I could get an idea of what they're like. They are amazing. Two orders without issue. One order where the delivery agent (Amazon) lost my parcel in transit. No questions asked, simply refunded me the full amount. When the parcel arrived a week later, they told me to not worry about payment from the refund.

I made order on 6th October and over…

I made order on 6th October and over £100, it should be able to enjoy premium shipping service , but haven’t delivery and any update until today 11th October , I still waiting the customer service reply!
