Never received and refusing to refund. I ordered Thyroid Power- Support Gummies on 9/09. I received an email from them on 9/14 that it was delivered. I realized on 9/28 - my package was never received. Where I live we have a package room, with lockers. Where the carrier delivers, shipment is placed in an individual locked locker and each resident receives an email and text with the code to pick up their package. I emailed Proof that NO package was delivered to me within 7-days of 9/14. I was told to ask my package room/ neighbors for it. Nothing was found. Fling Customer Service told me that because I didn't get "Package Protection" on my order - it isn't their issue or problem that I didn't receive the item. UPS says it was handed over to USPS for delivery and the 3 tracking #'s available on UPS website, for my original order tracking #, are ALL invalid with USPS. I think this is a scam and would NOT recommend spending your money with them.

I ordered thyroid-support gummies from Fling Wellness, but they were never delivered. The company provided only vague tracking information, and neither UPS nor USPS could locate or explain the shipment. Despite the product never arriving, Fling Wellness refused to issue a refund. I am now out $27 with nothing to show for it. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again. Buyer beware.

Product didn't work for me. Whatever, that's life right? I guess it works for some, but it didn't me. I forgotten that I had this on auto-renew set up for 2 months. It drafted. I went onto my account and selected the Cancel. It ask you a few questions and it then says you need to contact customer service by emailing them. Why doesn't it just let you cancel?? Ok, fine, I emailed them. Waited almost a week. No response. Emailed again. No response after 3-4 days. They have set their whole system up so that you really can't cancel unless you debate the charges to your bank. This place is a total fraud and I hope they do down for this type of behavior. These are the types of companies I would love to sit in on in their board room meetings to see the rhetoric that's passed around. Scammish! These are the types of companies that eventually fail because of poor customer service. They'll get it soon. Or maybe that was the idea in the first place for them was "let's create a BS product, market it well, don't let them cancel, make a lot of money, then get out!"

Tried contacting this company by email multiple times with no response back.

I do NOT recommend this product I won’t be purchasing these again. I was really disappointed with this company. I didn’t open the package for about two weeks after delivery because I was finishing my previous order, but when I did, the smell was immediately rancid, and the gummies were all stuck together. The odor was strong enough to make the gummies completely unusable; I didn’t feel safe consuming them. For the price, I expected a fresh, reliable product—not something that seemed spoiled. At least accept responsibility for what you delivered to a customer. When I contacted the company, I was told too bad, you only had 7 days to report it.

The good - Their "Thyroid Power" made my heart race probably due to the ginseng or iodine content. I contact the company about four days into taking it and they refunded the cost of the product.
The bad - The other product I order was "Sugar Guard." Apparently they have two products with this name. I ordered the one with berberine, they sent the one that is just cinnamon. I didn't realize it for about a week and a half. That's when looked at the ingredients and realized they sent the wrong product, so I contact them.
The very ugly - They refused to replace it with the correct product. They said that I needed to report the problem within 7 days of receiving the product, and since I was outside that time period, they would not correct the mistake. I did not see this written anywhere on their website. What I did see was that they have a "45-day" satisfaction guarantee. However, you need to return the product unused and at your own expense. How is that a satisfaction guarantee if you can't even try the product?
Don't trust this company!

I tried repeatedly to cancel two subscriptions after researching their low rated efficacy. I wrote their support contact and even received acknowledgements. They have just shipped another month that was canceled
and will neither accept its return or refund my money back. I am still going to ship it back and hound them for a refund. So disappointed in their business practices.

Placed an order for Gummies and out says shipped to your house in 2 days, it has been 2 Weeks and they not even shipped for this Company, emailed and they keep saying they are get ready to ship. I would never Recommend this company.

Do not order from this company. They will put your card on a recurring. Even when you only order one, there is no way to cancel this subscription it keeps saying that site don't even exist. Do not waste your money or your time this is totally a scam. There's no way to contact them accept through an email. And I haven't got a refund or a response yet. It's been a month

If I could give them zero I would ! I got the gummies fast but realized when they came in , I was unable to take them. I emailed them to return gummies (they said it was supposed to be to be easy return) oh my word! It was such a painful process . Not only do they take days to get back to you by email(snail mail) but then they give you the same crap over and over again “thank you we will get on that”… um yeah if you were going to get on that it would be done ! I’m pretty sure this is creepy 50 year old man in this mom’s basement folks in California with a stash of vitamins ! He emails back “Elle”
Stay away from this company or you will be out sooooooo much money and even more energy (that you were trying to get help with in the first place) !!!

I had the same experience as the other review. I was very pleased with the thyroid gummies, and the auto ship aves money. But after missing a few here and there I had more than I needed. There was an option to skip a month, but I don’t think that is there now. And I used to be able to manage my subscription, but I also have been led to a blank page for months. I’ve reached out to customer care 2-3 times with no response and cannot find another way to reach them. I hate it because I really like the products, but I cannot stand a shady business. I think I’m going to have to go to my bank to get this fixed as well.

I placed an order for the beet flow gummies and received 2 packs in the order which was an auto subscription. I attempted several times to enter my account to manage the subscription.

Each attempt lead me to a blank page with NO Subscription to manage. So now I may have to go to my bank and get a new card because if not this company will be constantly delivering their products while charging my account and making it impossible for me to stop them.

People please save yourself the headache and stress and don’t waste your hard earned money. THIS COMPANY is a fraud and lacks integrity.
