Tres bon gout
Mais vos viandes et poulet sont pas bios ni regionaux et avec pas mal de conservateur. Au final les plats non-veg ne semblent pas si fresh.
Pouvez vous m’en dire plus?

Es ist so einfach mit Hello Fresh zu kochen...immer ist was im Haus, die Mahlzeiten sind ausreichend, abwechslungsreich, für jeden was dabei, einfach nur schnell und einfach zu zubereiten

Ich habe HelloFresh genommen da es mir erleichtert meine Woche mit leckeren Menüs zu planen. Es ist sehr einfach nach zu kochen und leicht verständlich. Es erspart mir viel Zeit beim Einkaufen gehen da ich die Abteilungen mit Essen einfach ignorieren kann da ich alles vorrätig Dank HelloFresh zuhause habe

Les recettes sont sympas, les heures de livraison respectées, les produits de bonne qualité.

Keep away from Hello Fresh. The food is good but the service is atrocious. They just do what they want and change the payment date freely, making you not able to change your menu anymore all of a sudden.
Now, once a problem occurs, they have no recourse that you can use at all. There is no customer service, no email or phone number that you can contact, only a chat bot that keeps looping the same automated answers.

Great selection of recepies, always fresh ingredients delivered.
Delivered always on the preinformed time, no delays, no missing items. Easy to follow preparation steps to the meals.. however only in french. English would be nice.
Overall we are very satisfied.

J’utilise HelloFresh depuis quelques semaines et j’en suis ravie ! Plus de corvée de courses, plus de casse-tête à savoir ce que je vais manger, pas d’oublie d’ingrédient. Je mange des repas que j’ai cuisiné moi-même et je me régale ! Je recommande sans retenu !!

I have been using Hello fresh for about 2 years now and I found the concept fabulous. You save time shopping and have an access and choice among various meals. In addition, recipes are easy to prepare and help improving cooking skills. Allow to taste and experiment new meals from different cuisines. Delivery works very easy. Very happy with Hello fresh.

Ingredients that are fresher than some you find in the supermarket, fewer ingredients wasted, easy to follow recipes and a huge variety of menus. What's not to love? To that you can add the convenience of home delivery...

Les menus sont bon, assez facile à réasliser et c'est pratique, pas besoin de faire des courses! au cas ou il manque un ingrédient et on réclame,la fois d'après on reçoit le menu entier!

Me and my family Enjoy hellofresh. No time waisted in shops where i end up buyin even things i don't need.. Thanks to HF my Kids Enjoy preparing meals all by themself (i have teens) best way ever for them to learn with the Ste by step guide.

The boxes are nice and the recipes are interesting. For that reason alone, I would give them 5 stars, BUT.. the ingredients are not always the highest quality (not super bad, either) and they have plenty of HIDDEN costs (..add something extra to the box, says its 3 EUR, in fact its 3 eur on top of 10 eur.. etc) and their customer service is not great at all. They are not very helpful or able to provide information properly, they have their own little scripts and cannot conceive questions or answers beyond their scripts. So a 3 star from me.
