I actually do not want to receive these boxes anymore. Can you stop pushing them to me when I forget to cancel?? I want to have a “cancellation” by default and only order when I want and tick a box.

La lasagne de légumes et le risotto de fenouil n ont absolument pas séduit, 😩

Verything fine but 2 suggestions:

1. Offer a possibility for delivery on friday afternoon or saturday morning
2. When delivering, provide the maximum date to prepare each menu with the e-mail/app

J’ai commandé Hellofresh parce que je déteste faire les courses et je ne sais pas cuisiner.
J’ai moins de gaspillage de nourriture et toutes les petites épices que je dois normalement acheter en grande quantité, sont livrées avec. Le seul bémol est que je ne peux pas me faire livrer selon mon besoin et les recettes choisis doivent toutes être à la même quantité

Always fresh products, attractive price, good app to manage orders and subscription. The only thing I suggest - to go with sustainable practices ie reduce the amount of paper: paper receipts can be replaced with email, cardboard box can be replaced by a plastic, reusable container with a small deposit fee.

Got charged without even finishing the ordering process. I did not choose any recipes neither did I choose any preferences. I did not finish the ordering process because I did not like the recipes. The next day I saw that HelloFresh charged me and they now send me some random box I did not even order. I contacted the support and they told me that I finished the order (which is completly false) and they could not do anything for me. Scam tactics

Ok, so I won’t go on about too much, but the thing that has made me cancel is the hidden charge in virtually every meal (supplements). Why not just display in the price in the first place???
I signed up for the trial, I’ve ordered 1 box and cancelled. Some meals, and I’m talking chicken not fillet steak add a fair amount to the meal!

FAR Too much plastic and packaging! They give you too many small ingredients - not always needed as we have in the kitchen but no option to say that. Not great for the planet. They do zero recycling- the large card box is thrown. If they changed this then I may consider occasionally as it is handy this and on the whole the meals are tasty. Being a vegetarian the options were less, so now I use abel and Cole boxes - different concept as it is not meals based, but the organic veg is so fresh and tasty- and you can recycle the boxes and they have minimal plastic.

On n'a pas besoin de faire les courses. Tous les aliments sont utilisés, on ne fait pas de gaspillage. Les recettes sont bien illustrées avec des photes et aussi aves des textes. C'est génial.

So I have many mixed feelings about hello fresh, firstly the meals are amazing and so tasty and convenient however the website is glitch central and so slow to use I've tried on several devices and still is painfulllllll I also had my account deactivated just after the cut off of my box and then had further issues trying to see if it was still coming, I'll see past the glitches for now as my busy schedule and need for tastes meals is stronger than that however I wish that they would just fix their tech issues allready for everyone's sake.

J'aime le fait de découvrir de nouvelles recettes qui pour l'instant ne m'ont pas déçues. Je conseille pour toute personne qui ne sait pas quoi cuisiner jour au jour et qui est soucieux du gaspillage alimentaire.

J'aime cuisiner avec Hellofresh! tout est là... je choisi ma recette, je sors le paquet du frigo.... et c'est parti! Je pense que c'est la 1ère fois de ma vie que je cuisine autant de choses différentes sur une semaine et en ayant du plaisir :-)

It gave me back the joy of cooking and tasting: the great mix of vegetables, protein and carbs with fresh herbs, good quality spices and nuts. The preparation time is greatly shortened by having the exact quantities ready thus preventing waste of food.

Chaque semaine je commande e. a. aussi un menu 'Prèt à rechauffer'.
Les 2 dernières semaine le plat 'Prèt à rechauffer' était déjà ouvert !!!! Puisque je ne sais pas depuis quand le plat était déjà ouvert, j'ai du jeter les 2 repas. Vu le prix assez haut pour un tel plat, j'était assez fâché.
Si ce problème arrive encore une fois, je vais arrêter l'abbo avec Hello Fresh immédiatement.
Que pensez-vous faire pour compenser ma perte.
