Since I purchased the new app I have had problems with my scores being entered. This has led to penalised scores. Cannot contact anyone about it.

Have had many problems booking on our golf club competitions and general play. Having paid for this app, I find more problems than anwers!

Terrible service constantly crashing can’t even book on my clubs competition board. Struggle to have one positive comment to have about this service. Zero feedback from this company Awful.

Another week another two emails from England Golf threatening a handicap penalty as my scores entered into HDID have not been recorded with them. Shocking performance and no short term end to this failed attempt to charge users for a none existent service, I imagine the active sponsors will be looking at this.

I have avast security and blocks site, NOT SAFE

Rubbish now cant get logged back in to many adveritsements wont be using it again cant get in touch with them on the help bit stick to scottìsh golf lot easier

The new site is the most incompetent ever those responsible should be sacked it’s impossible to even login! So much for the new design they seemed to have forgotten that it needs to work!!

What a load of rubbish is app is 🤦🏻‍♂️ the old version was good this one never works

WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO SORT OUT THE BOOKING PROCEEDURE?
Enter my team booking and only find that I can't confirm because it is being used by someone else. WHY DOES IT LET YOU PROCEED IF IT IS ALREADY BEING BOOKED. This has been happening since it's release and NO UPDATE TO THE APP RESOLVES THIS.

Terrible.They now have advertising. Almost impossible to click the cancel x and interferes with bookings. Hopefully this will leave th door open to a competitor who respects the customer experience

I contacted this company explaining how a method using their booking system could help integrate members by finding playing partners. As I am new to golf and having failed to find someone after 9 months felt that something needed to be done. No specific action was expected from HowDidIdo they they were only asked for their opinion and the possible integration by other clubs. Despite several reminders they simply will not respond even to acknowledge my messages.
“Your feedback plays a huge role in shaping HowDidIdo and it genuinely helps us prioritise what matters most to golfers and clubs” More empty words.

This is a new version of what was a perfectly good golf club app I have been using for years. So what do the do? They create a new one which looks flashy but fails in lots of areas.
It clearly hasn’t been properly tested before being released.
I think they should go back to the drawing board.
Not only that but it is impossible to send them comments. They need to improve their act…
