We had an issue opening our Pro Shop till and logged the problem through the Help & Support service.
The support we received was excellent. The issue was picked up and resolved very quickly, well ahead of a busy Sunday morning. The quick response and efficient resolution made a real difference and gave us peace of mind going into a busy day.

After using IG for over 12 years
After using IG for over 12 years, I have consistently found both the platform and the support team to be extremely accommodating and responsive. Any queries or issues I have encountered have always been resolved quickly and professionally.
I would have no hesitation in recommending IG to any club considering a change of provider. The team is always on hand to help, whether over the phone or through their support ticket system, and the level of service has remained excellent throughout our long-standing relationship.

Good Customer Service Experience
I find customer service helpful and quick getting back with answers to problems. Ticket system works well and good to refer back to, and can see and monitor questions or problems our other users are having. It's also easy to ask for a call if necessary.

IG is the best platform in the Industry
I have used IG for the last 8 years. The system is continually improving and overall, is the best system on the market for golf clubs. The integrations are useful and work well. The support team are extremely good and always very helpful. I would like to see an improvement to the reporting element, and in particualr, the EPOS element of IG could be brought more in-line with modern restaurants, but I am very pleased with the service we have received and recommend IG to any Club.

A great software that handles a multitude of administrative tasks, and it's impressive how much is built into the one platform!
We do have occasional errors/glitches, which will often be fixed with urgency by the support team, who are always diligent in aiding us with any issues.
Lee has always been a great help when it comes to complex tasks which require an enormous amount of knowledge of how certain system elements interact with each other.

As a financial accountant who has used…
As a financial accountant who has used Intelligent Golf (IG) for more than four years, I have serious concerns about the system’s reliability. Its modules do not communicate effectively with one another, making routine tasks unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
The financial reports are inconsistent and poorly organised, and the system does not calculate VAT. In my experience, IG appears to be designed primarily for small private golf clubs and lacks the maturity, integration, and functionality expected from a modern club-management platform.
Customer support is also difficult to reach. When queries are answered, we are often told that the issue cannot be resolved or that a solution is still in development.
IG is integrated exclusively with ClearAccept for card-terminal payments. This prevents customers from choosing another provider or negotiating more competitive card-processing rates.
Based on my professional experience of using the system for more than four years, I would strongly recommend considering alternative providers.

The IG helpdesk have always been very supportive and very helpful any time I have needed them.
Sometimes their telephone lines are busy but the call back option works very well.
