Its possible to buy both ready made and customised clothes.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered suits 15 days ago and although told if ordered on my specified date it would get here for Eid. Eid is tomorrow and an absolute shambles as still in transit for 2 days. Customer service was appalling, was told I should be “patient” and cannot cancel order now even though I will not require the clothes. Total shambles of a company. Would not recommend!

This site got my attention with the designs showcased . Although hesitant with the location of the merchant , I live in US , I went ahead and placed the order . Then while receiving the order I was mad because it got stuck in the customs asking me to pay the taxes. When I finally got them though , I just melted with the craftsmanship , the quality and texture. They are so beautiful , one can see how much care the tailors took in stitching ! I would recommend it to anyone who would want yo buy nice looking suits and dresses. I am originally from India and so these designs look so much like what one can find in Indian dresses and also will get to see and wear Pakistani designs ! Bonus !!

I often buy from Henna Mehndi, as well as having my wedding dress custom designed by Deba baji! My recent purchase was the Avyanna kaftan with beautiful crushed dubata that came exactly as pictured, and as a 5’3 woman, was tailored exactly to my specifications. The materials and craftsmanship of each piece I’ve ever bought have always been of the highest quality. Henna Mehndi also provides excellent customer service by communicating throughout the journey of each order and sticking to the stated dispatch and delivery times. Had ordered just one month before travelling and was extremely worried of not being able to receive the items before going, but they were very responsive through emails, have got my parcel 2 days before departure. Quality is very good, that’s why prices are not cheap.

I have bought three outfits from here and I am so pleased I did even though it can be a worry ordering online. They are beautiful and so unique.

The customer service has been excellent. I had to change the sizes of two of the trousers and they have been very accommodating, as I thought I would have to send the whole outfit back.

Deba has been amazing with replying back to emails quickly and dealing with the issues politely and kindly. Thank you Deba and the whole team .

First order, was very excited. Unfortunately it was an extremely disappointing experience.
The quality of work, cuts and stitching is subpar, fitting is terrible. Fabric used for skirt is flimsy and cheap looking. I will have to spend another hundred pounds sorting it out. Totally not worth it for an outfit that already cost £200+
Bad experience with delivery/ postage and nonchalant customer service.

Very good experience ordering my outfit with Henna Mehndi, although i had very short time they still managed to get my outfit delivered to me well in advance and only took 2 weeks to get to me. I am very pleased with the service they provide and how they are always replying back to emails and answering any queries promptly.

Very disappointed.worst experience ever.Staff is not competent at all .after month and month of waiting,sorting out exchange (dozens of emails) for the right size ,left with wrong size sent out anyways just days before wedding .
Looks very promising,luxury clothing,don’t fall for that.would not recommend,or buy again .
