I needed a suit last minute with only 10 days to a wedding and Henna Mehndi made that possible. The original piece was then damaged and with only a week to go Deba had it shipped from abroad. She is amazing and made it all possible and I will now be wearing a beautiful white suit all thanks to Henna Mehndi and Deba.

My size is a bit tricky so Henna Mehndi team had it customised for me and I received a perfectly fitting dress that was delivered way before I was expecting it. Made my eid! Thank you so much to Henna Mehndi and team

I ordered an outfit for Eid & was so happy with the ease of ordering & paying through your website. Loved how quickly it arrived. Outfit was exactly as shown in the picture. Fitting was perfect.

One of the best online and in store experiences. Very different to the normal mass produced suits we always see. Original Pakistani style unique designs and quality fabric and craftsmanship. Have been buying for years and never been let down. The recent collection was just beautiful can't wait to get my hands on it! Never had a problem with the online service, always received parcels in a timely manner.

An absolute brilliant customer service. I ordered two suits to the UK for Eid. They arrived sooner than expected. Prompt delivery. Great customer service. Beautiful clothes and better than expected. Due to the quick delivery i ordered another suit that is in transit and will arrive in time for Eid. Great communication from the team of Henna Mehndi. Absolutely lack of customer service! Really rude and not helpful when you get in contact! I’ve been trying to get an update on where my order is as I was told it would be dispatched a week ago and I’d get an email with details to track the order. Unfortunately I’ve not had any reply to my email since I’ve been trying to get another update. I’d avoid this place as awful service! I can see why they aren’t that popular

Absolutely awful service after payment has been taken. I ordered a suit that I needed before the end of October, I enquired about a dispatch date, nothing. After a number of emails/ online forms and WhatsApp messages, I finally received a reply stating the general 2-3 week timescale. After further frustrated emailing, I finally was advised they would source a suit from their London store and dispatch it. I have received the suit and it is not adequate at all, and not as advertised. There are a number of issues, including that they forgot the scarf that I selected with the suit! I have since emailed them to request a refund, otherwise I will be taking this further. DO NOT buy from this site, absolutely ridiculous!! Complete lack of customer service.

Only buy from this site if you are absolutely sure you don’t want to return the item. Check the refund policy properly because even though they have one in place, almost nothing is refundable.
