Really bad customer service
Shocking customer service, states that they typically respond in a few minutes but may not even get a reply. Portal online also did not work for trying to get a returns label despite following instructions for returning an item.

Size fits perfectly
Size fits perfectly, clothing is made of high quality fabric. The only downside is that the trousers has no back pocket, this should be stated as I will want to order in order colour but the back pocket is discouraging me to order, otherwise it is good quality fabrics.

Great products, great service when something goes wrong
I previously left a review after experiencing an issue with my third delivery. The products themselves have always been great, but a problem with the website left me feeling frustrated at the time.
Since then, Adam from the team got in touch with me personally, explained everything, and fully resolved the issue — making sure I wasn’t left out of pocket. The customer service has now matched the quality of the clothes, which is exactly what you want as a customer.
Really pleased with how this was handled in the end. Great products and great service.
