Brilliant first time experience, will be back
Delivery was super quick and expectations were met when ordered.
Packaging looked expensive, was good quality, kept the item safe and in good condition. Nice touch with the branding on the bags.
The actual item was true to size, my boyfriend usually wears a medium, I ordered a medium and it was perfect.
Really really soft inside but the fluff was shedding on T-shirt underneath but might just need a wash and be better.
Detailing on the tracksuit was lovely, love the pocket details makes it look like care was taken, they sit really nicely as straight leg joggers. The zip could be higher quality but for value for money was brilliant. Colour of the grey marl was perfect.
Definitely great quality and enjoyed experienced ordering from here, I would definitely order again. Thank you!

If i could give zero stars i would
If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered a few bits, courier decided to leave them in clear view on my drive way whilst work therefore leaving them open to the public. Come home from work and no parcel to be seen, what a surprise. This was brought to the customer service team over 3 weeks ago and is still yet to be resolved. The only replies i get are ‘we are waiting to hear back from the courier’ and even then the replies are every 3/4 days. I appreciate it isnt the companies fault for the idiotic couriers choices however i bought from the company not the courier. Therefore it is down to the company to sort out my refund and take their business up with the courier, not leave me waiting for nearly a month. First and last time using. Shocking

Definitely avoid
Definitely avoid.
Bought 4-5 T-shirts and every single one has shrunk and lost its shape after washing a few times on 30c
Also had an issue with my hoodies, text had come off on the first wash.
After seeing everyone’s negativity regarding customer care and refunds I thought I would share this to warm people.
