Exceptional service from start to finish
My autoclave broke down on Monday morning and my regular engineer couldn’t attend for over a week, so I decided to purchase a new autoclave rather than wait.
I contacted David, who promptly passed my details on to Adele. The service from that point was exceptional. Adele personally came out with the engineer to make sure everything went smoothly, and by Wednesday morning my new autoclave was fully fitted and installed.
I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of service from a company before.
A huge thank you to the engineer from HS, Adele for being amazing, and David for being so prompt and helpful throughout.
Fantastic service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.
