Every question and every query has been dealt with efficiently and quickly.. i’m yet to throw a question at him he can’t help with (and i’ve had a lot of questions!) The amazing Tommy
I do the ordering for my dental practice and always phone the lovely Tommy. He always finds what we need and takes the time to have a chat (generally about dogs in my case) 🐶. I feel he goes above and beyond to make sure our practice has everything we need.

For us at Rochester Dental Clinic, Tommy always goes above & beyond for us to the point that all of our orders are through H.S now. We love the products & if Tommy isn’t sure when we have an issue he always knows someone that can help, we really like ordering with H.S as we know that Tommy is always going to check in with us to make sure all of our orders are correct. Many times when I was new in my job role as a practice manager, I would reach out to Tommy to ask for his help & advice with everything from navigating the website/ to the products. I have been in dental practices for 17 years & Tommy has always been there. We have had some new reps visit us this year too from H.S which was so helpful.
