Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very supportive and customer service is 10/10. I would recommend this service to anyone who is considering it.
A side note that if you are not good with blood book the private nurse!

Empowering and Helpful
I am so thankful I decided to use this service. I feel that for years my health and fertility has been dismissed - I decided to use Hertility to understand my issues with conceiving, history of miscarriages and all other symptoms. The blood test was easy (although you should make sure you read all the instructions and give yourself enough time to do the test), the results were detailed and revealed useful information for me to provide to my GP and finally get them to investigate further. Then, I had my online consultation in which I was given some very helpful information about what is going on with my hormones and what I can do to help. For the first time, I felt like I was speaking with somebody who understood, cared and gave me tips on how to fight for answers on my health. The service has been incredibly helpful and empowering, I would absolutely recommend it.

Couldn't recommend Hertility enough!
Hertility have been amazing from start to finish. One of the results I received was not the best but I was provided with a complimentary call with a professional (Vicky - who is fantastic!) to follow up and discuss.
Vicky was so informative, helpful and friendly. Vicky listened to me and explained things very clearly. This helped with my subsequent GP appointment. I feel vindicated and also hopeful, something I haven't felt in a long time.
Also, the customer service team are fab! They are very responsive and understanding as I had some challenges with testing initially but got there in the end!
Thank you to all the team that have helped me - you are doing incredible work helping those seeking clarity on personal concerns.

Fantastic from start to finish 🙃 i was worried about my hormones and my own GP don’t cover all the test what is offered here, i’ve told them my concern and got brushed off for testing AMH has i’m 37years old only offered FSH and Progesterone. I thought i was going in to pre menopause because of the symptoms i’m having, I received my kit very fast and manage to do the test ok it was little nerve wrecking because i don’t like needles so i got my parter to prick my finger lol.. but i did the rest my self. then i got my results with in 6 days and all my test came back all in range, and i had a phone call review with a lovely lady called Tracey Hamilton she answered all my questions and i felt at ease not rushed or brushed off which you get with your own Gps , definitely recommend these guys. 5***

Fantastic experience from start to…
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Hertility's customer service was absolutely incredible. I received a phone call minutes after requesting a pelvic ultrasound and when I couldn't answer the phone the subsequent email conversation was fast, helpful and professional. I received the scan a few days later at a clinic and they were very proactive in chasing the results and writing my report which was thorough and promptly issued.
Highly recommend.

Simply mindblowing
Collecting my blood was not only much simpler than I expected, but I also had a highly insightful call with Gemma to review my results. She gave me advice to improve my long-term health and listened to me, walking her through changes in my habits, and just like that, I realised I’d found an alternative way to treat my PDDM, not with antidepressants, but with nutrition. Money grabbing and useless
Before you get the blood testing kit you need to complete a questionnaire. In mine I said I had menopausal symptoms and thought I was anemic due to hair loss.
£139 test arrived and you have to squeeze a vile of blood from a pin prick in your finger, no easy task!
You then get the results. Mine said I'm menopausal and aneamic... No shit Sherlock!
If I want to discuss my results with a gynaecologist it's another £169!!
Don't waste your money on this for the menopause, just see your GP.

With regards to the sample collection, we do completely understand that this can be difficult, and this is why we have set up a number of different support systems, to help you collect the blood at home. Each kit comes with a set of instructions that are intended to support you with the blood collection and we also have a helpful video for those customers who prefer a visual aid. Similarly, on our app, we have a carefully curated Test Companion, which walks you through the test step by step, until you are completed. Finally, we also offer a free video call service where one of our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with tips the day before you are due to collect your sample, stay on the call with you whilst you are collecting the blood and talk you through the packaging and labelling process .
Your Hertility results report is several pages long and It also includes a note from the doctor, a detailed breakdown of each hormone and its function, commentary on your specific levels, and most importantly, actionable next steps and clinically guided advice tailored to your individual health concerns. We can see that your report contains these personalised recommendations, which can be found in the ‘Care plan’ section of your report.
We have a duty of care to highlight the clinical indications of the results. I wanted to reassure you that you are not obligated to carry out the next steps that your doctor has recommended through Hertility. We do encourage all of our customers to take their results to their GP for further investigations.
We provide these additional services to ensure we are supporting our customers with accessible end to end care, as we are aware of the long waiting times that exist within the NHS, and the high costs with private clinics.

Great experience
I’ve had a great experience using Hertility. The test came with very clear instructions and was very easy to complete. The results were rapid and presented well. The call with the nurse to explain the results was truly brilliant and Vicky was kind, understanding a clear. I would recommend for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of their cycle and would like an overall hormone health check.

Exploitative 30 day refund policy…
Exploitative 30 day refund policy ridiculous for women with irregular cycles.
Paid around £260 for a test I now cannot use. I am now successfully pregnant with my second child but due to irregular periods, I wasn't sure I was pregnant until outside of their refund window.... They refused me a refund but offered a transfer to a friend....
This must happen fairly frequently that women who are wanting to test fertility become pregnant and due to the need to wait for a specific day of your cycle, if you have long cycles you'll be caught out.
In response to the reply:
Your reply that a 30-day refund limit is “industry standard” does not address the core issue: fitness for purpose. Unlike most consumer goods, a fertility test cannot always be used within 30 days, as its use is dictated by the timing of a woman’s cycle. For those with longer cycles, or in situations like mine where pregnancy makes the test unusable, the rigid 30-day policy creates an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This isn’t about industry standards — it’s about whether your policy reflects the reality of how the product is used. By refusing refunds where it is medically or biologically impossible to use the kit, you are profiting at the expense of women who are often in very vulnerable and desperate circumstances. That lack of flexibility and compassion is deeply disappointing.

Our mission is to support women on their reproductive health journey, and we understand that journey is not always a linear one. We offer our 30-day refund window, we do clearly outline this policy in our terms and conditions, which are available before purchase.
When customers find themselves unable to use their kit as they have fallen pregnant, we direct them towards our pregnancy care pathway.
Our goal is to provide flexible options that still allow them to benefit from their purchase. This is why we offer alternatives like a free replacement kit for use after birth, a transfer of credit toward our Pregnancy Bundle, or the option to gift the kit to a friend or family member. We can also transfer your credits towards an early viability scan.

Not so different than my experience with NHS, don’t spend your money unnecessarily
I first did the Hertility blood test, which indicated some hormone imbalances. I took these results to my GP, who arranged a scan of my ovaries and I was subsequently diagnosed with PCOS. Because the advice from my GP felt very unhelpful, I decided to spend £169 on an appointment with a gynaecologist through Hertility, hoping for a clearer understanding of PCOS, what it means for me personally, and how best to manage it - especially as my partner and I want children in the future.
Unfortunately, the consultation offered little more than what I had already experienced with my GP. I raised some specific concerns about my cycle, but these were dismissed with advice to “not worry,” a book recommendation, and the suggestion that I return to my GP when I want to conceive.
This felt very similar to the kind of dismissive care women often receive in the NHS, and I had hoped Hertility would offer a different experience. They did offer me a complimentary session with a nutritionist afterwards, but by that point I had lost trust and declined.
Overall, I sadly wouldn’t expect Hertility to provide a different level of care from the NHS, despite the cost.

The test I took showed all my results normal, which was a weight taken off my shoulders after over a year of trying for a baby and a loss.
The call with Tracey to discuss my results what the breath of fresh air I needed to clear my head and relax. She was so friendly, made me feel so comfortable talking to her and I could tell she was genuinely interested in my experience and loved her job.

I truly recommend Hertility!
I truly recommend Hertility. As a young female who suffers from fertility issues, i struggled to find any information online and from my GP that didn’t say, A- lose weight (i am actually quite petite already), or B- come back when you want kids.
Hertility is fabulous. Although a little on the pricier side i would say it was worth the money. The test was easy to take and all the results came back clear and explanations were honest and detailed.
The follow up call with a nurse is absolutely worth the extra price- please add it to the package if there’s anything you want to discuss after getting your results! She was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and went through everything that had shown on my results. We went over time but she seemed so invested in me that she did not seem to mind at all. She was also not trying to sell me anything else from their site. She recommended extra tests if she thought they were essential, but she mostly discussed what the GP could do for me and tests i should ask for from the doctor, rather than having lots more private investigative work done through Hertility.
I really felt that all my questions were answered and that i was not rushed. I would absolutely have the tests run again in future and if my money stretched that far, i would see that nurse every time i had a question!

Just get a regular blood test from your GP.
Just get a proper blood test, this is just not good enough and any findings are not indicative of anything so much so that it will recommend you to take the blood test to find out for real.

Firstly, our lab is UKAS accredited (ISO 15189:2022) for capillary and venous blood sampling and was the first UK lab to attain this level of accreditation. It leads the UK in the capillary testing specialisation having published widely on the subject, it maintains the highest form of internal and external regulations. Our hormone & fertility test kits are CE-marked for IVDR use and MHRA registered, we adhere to strict testing policies to uphold our compliance.
The online assessment is the first step into your journey with us. This is an important diagnostic tool which is integral to your journey, as you are assigned a hormone panel which specifically relates to the symptoms and medical history that you tell us about. Your bespoke hormone panel would have been shown to you before checkout.
The doctor uses both the results from your blood test and online assessment answers to provide a comprehensive report which gives a holistic overview of your hormonal and reproductive health, which is made up of a detailed analysis of your hormone readings, recommended next steps and clinical advice.
We have a duty of care to highlight any out of range results and advise our customers to retest to confirm.

Can't Recommend Hertility Enough!
I loved the simplicity of sending off my test and having the results on my phone in front of me. Mine came back super quickly! Within 6 days, if I remember correctly. I had a follow up consultation to review my results, of which I had super low estrogen, which made sense as to the symptoms I was experiencing. The lady I spoke to was super lovely and understanding and I now understand myself a bit more and the next steps to take 🧡
