Go NHS First
I found this service on FB and was also recommended by a friend. I paid for the tests, not realising that NHS gynaecologist already did the tests and more (CT Scans and etc.). I guess if you have don't have access to NHS, then this service is goo. I whiles waiting for results, the specialist fee was £29 but when the results were showed, it goes up to £150 for 20 minutes.
I found tracker annoying, compared to other trackers where you can put a range of dates in for your period. With this, you have to add day by day.
The prediction period date were way off, I had to add extra period dates to sync with my Fitbit tracker that knows my actual dates.
I would not rule the service out but I would shop around for private clinic who can work along side the NHS to help keep cost down especially of going via IVF route.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I wish i had checked on here before ordering a test! What a waste of money please do not waste your time or money on this!!
Website advertises they check 10 hormones however this is not the case.
I filled out the form and was recommended the hormone and fertility test. I had stated on my form i was interested in the fertility side of things, i also stated i was on thyroxine for an underactive thyroid and the progesterone only pill.
When i received my results they had only tested my thyroid!! £150 to be told what i already know! There was no fertility testing at all.
I contacted customer service to complain and they just bombard you will jargen. They said they dont promise to test all the hormones…which is not stated on the website. They also said because i was on the pill they couldnt do the fertility hormone tests…even though i put this on the form and the hormone fertility test was recommended…baffling!!
Please do not waste your money! Your gp can test the same things for free!!!
Also refused to give me any kind of refund. So im now £150 down with no results other than thyroid…which the gp tests every 3 months anyway.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’d love to offer you some context about our testing services to hopefully rectify how you are feeling after testing with us.
Our purchase journey has been purposefully set up to provide insights to the customer about what we will be testing before they get to the checkout stage. Before ordering, you will have completed an online health assessment which is our diagnostic tool that determines what your bespoke hormone panel will be. This hormone panel is dependent on your symptoms, medical history and medications taken at the time of ordering your test.
We aim to be as transparent as possible with our users. As such, we state on our website that the hormones included in your testing panel are determined by the answers to your online assessment so that the kit can be tailored to you. We aiso clearly state that we can test up to 10 hormones, but this is dependent on the individual's circumstances.
Once you have completed our online health assessment, we intentionally display your hormone panel before the checkout section of the website. This is done so if you do have any questions, you can discuss with our Customer Care team who are more than happy to explain why certain hormones are unable to be tested. It is important to note that if there is no clinical indication to test some hormones, they will not be included in your panel.
Unfortunately, when taking hormonal contraception, there are certain hormones that cannot be accurately tested due to the influence of the medication and we'd unable to provide our customers with accurate results if we were to test them on hormonal contraception.
If you're on hormonal contraception, you can still test for Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Free T4 which will give you an insight into your ovarian reserve and general hormone health. Unfortunately we would not be able to test your cycling hormones which include Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Oestradiol as these are affected by your contraception. Whilst there is evidence that some forms of hormonal contraception can temporarily suppress AMH levels, this is highly dependent on the individual (for example, some people’s AMH level does not differ whilst on or off hormonal contraception).
Testing your AMH whilst on hormonal contraception will still provide a great indicator of your fertility and can also highlight any underlying conditions affecting your reproductive health. This is why we still offer testing kits for people who are using hormonal contraception. This information is available before purchasing your kit and can be found in our FAQs which you can read here.
With regards to your results, your Hertility report is several pages long. We have spent years building a clinically comprehensive report that deals with lifestyle, each hormone, why it was tested and what each means for you. We then detail what impact your results may have on you. Every one of our reports is written by qualified doctors, who are all experts in women’s health and gynaecology. The doctors carefully analyse your online health assessment and hormone readings to create a complete, comprehensive results report. Our reports go through a strict quality control process and are checked twice before they are published to the customer to ensure we are providing the most accurate and actionable advice.
As per our refunds and cancellations policy, once a report has been published, we cannot offer a refund if you are not happy with the results. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you to help you get the most out of your Hertility report.

Hertility results are marked against a threshold for normal range which is completely inaccurate, I had my results reviewed by my gynaecologist who confirmed the result thresholds they use are wrong and as such give you an inaccurate picture of your results and fertility.

We wanted to offer you some more context about Hertility to reassure you that the results you received from testing with us are 100% accurate.
It’s important to bear in mind that different laboratories have different reference ranges, so these results are based on our own labs' reference ranges and also there are variations as different labs use different analysers. This is why there may be a discrepancy between the two.
When labs create a test, they first determine what's considered a "normal" range by testing a group of people. This group is called the "reference population." However, this group may not perfectly represent what's truly normal for everyone, especially in terms of health. At Hertility, we have set a threshold to identify any potential reproductive health conditions based on scientific studies.
Our lab is UKAS accredited (ISO 15189:2022) for capillary and venous blood sampling and was the first UK lab to attain this level of accreditation. It leads the UK in the capillary testing specialisation having published widely on the subject, it maintains the highest form of internal and external regulations. Our hormone & fertility test kits are CE-marked for IVDR use and MHRA registered, we adhere to strict testing policies to uphold our compliance.
All of our reports are written by one of our doctors who are experts in women's health and gynaecology and therefore we have a responsibility to notify our customers of any out of range results if there are any.

Great concept with brilliant service
Brilliant service with friendly staff available to support. I emailed originally for advice on the process and the responses were helpful and timely.
To make this 4 or 5 stars I'd like more control over the tests chosen - 3 of mine I could have got done at the doctors for free. Also the "within normal" range is different to the NHS which has caused conflict with my doctor as they won't support me to look at the results in more detail when it comes to thyroid.

This is a waste of money
Re-adding my review, as my previous one was removed for 'promotional content' (I suppose someone didn't like the honest review).
Hertility is simply a waste of money. You are overpaying for a simple blood test, simply because they slapped 'pro-women' branding on it.
I agree with other 1star reviews- this company is simply praying on women's fears.
Despite this being a routine test, they managed to make the whole process complex and if they decide your sample cannot be tested, only one test kit is sent free of charge, afterwards they charge you 25GBP.
They also try to upsell "a specialist call with a nurse" for another ridiculous fee. I simply put my results through LM and got all the answers I needed - for free.
When I added my original review, the company contacted me via email, was incredibly manipulative and tried to guilt trip me, mindlessly repeating that "their mission is to help women". I find that gross.
Overall, this is a waste of money. There are better, cheaper alternatives out there.

Do NOT waste your money! Paid almost 300 euro for this disappointing ‘service.’ Firstly, the lancets did not work. Secondly, carrying out the task itself is impossible. How they expect anyone to do this, I don’t know, and I had an experienced nurse do this for me. Then to make things worse, my sample was rejected in the lab and then informed me that I would have to retest and would not offer a refund! Terrible 😞

We’re so sorry to hear that you had trouble collecting your sample. We are aware that taking the test can be tricky for some customers which is why we have created a number of options to support our customers with their sample collection process.
Within every testing kit, we provide a step by step instruction booklet that includes pre-testing recommendations, helpful tips and we encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team if they are having difficulty during the process. Our Customer Care team is available to assist from Monday to Friday 7am-6pm and on Saturdays and Sunday from 9am-5pm with any issues customers may have when taking your sample. We mention in our instruction booklet that if you encounter difficulties after using two lancets, you should contact us for further assistance.
We provide a video guide which supports our customers who prefer visual support. In addition, we encourage the use of our Hertility app which can be downloaded via the QR code provided to you in your test kit, which includes an interactive test companion that gives very clear instructions on each step of the testing process
We also offer personalised 1:1 guidance via video calls, providing tips and tricks to ensure a successful sample collection. We have found these video calls to be very successful in reducing haemolysed samples and currently less than 10% of all of our samples fail when they reach our lab to be tested.
If you don't feel comfortable taking the sample yourself, we also offer the option to purchase a nurse visit, this is when you have your sample collected by one of our experienced phlebotomists who visit you at home and take a blood sample from a vein in the crook of your arm.
We take feedback very seriously and have done extensive research on our testing kits to make sure they are user friendly. We have also spent a significant amount of time making sure our instructions are applicable to all of our users, as blood flow when collecting is highly dependent on the individual.

I struggled to do the blood test
I struggled to do the blood test, it isn’t as easy as it seems and I had to pay someone to do it for me in the end. But the staff were very helpful and sent me a free kit after I failed to get enough blood for the first one. The results were clear to understand.
