However, there is a light-reflection pattern that looks like miscolouration after it's been used. I think it's due to this nanotechnological titanium bonding having something to do with light wavelength, but who cares anyway ... just love this new saucepan. I had a problem with a baking pan the first time I used it and they don’t respond to emails. It took a month for them to reply to request images, now I’m waiting another month for them to respond back. It’s like they have one person working there.

Beautiful pan, packaging, seemless online ordering AND FAST shipment! Unfortunately, Calphalon is no longer making the "Elite" collection and we were in desperate need of replacement frypans. The "Premiere" collection was really cheesy and lightweight- so back they went. Tried All-clad- same thing. Found HESTAN pan and WOW! beautifully crafted, lovely weight, balanced. So impressed with the Probond Titum, we're going to buy the available line. These may just be "lifetime cookware". Pricey, but worth it!

Prompt delivery. I bought the probond essential pan. A beautiful and useful piece of equipment. Essential is a perfect description for it, great for pasta sauces and mixing with the pasta. It is too early to comment on durability, however looking at the quality i have no reason to doubt that this will be a daily driver for years to come.

So far I have not had a response from Heston regarding half of my order missing in delivery. This is making me very concerned as I received an earlier email from them saying that the order had been delivered. I've sent 3 emails requesting further tracking numbers as I have two parcels , but still missing two skillets. Around $900 so fingers crossed...Also I have received a free hot plate with my part order, but it is wired for China. I thought everything was made in Italy for Hestan. I am in Australia so it doesn't work here.
Update at 14/1/26: not a whisper from Hestan however, I bought an adapter and attempted to set up the app that runs the free hot plate. It doesn't work. I tried emailing support but no answer. Then I found info on the net saying that the free induction hot plate operating app is discontinued. The manual mode to use the induction hot plate requires that you first register via the app. So without the app registering me, it's impossible to use the hot plate, even on manual. I binned it today. I'm very disappointed not to have received the skillets. Nor an explanation. I asked my bank to try to recoup the payment. It is outright theft. 15/1/26 update: Thank you for the suggestion I try Cookware Australia. I did get a response saying they will try to help.

Fast delivery, great discount

Fast delivery. Expensive, but the quality is insane. Just wish they had more things on stock, a lot of the things, maybe even most, are always out of stock, so you basically get what you can find, not always what you want.

Exceptional quality and performance in a wonderful aesthetic.

Are they expensive? Yes! But are they amazing quality- also yes!

You can get slightly cheaper stainless steel that will do well too but it’s the details that make the difference. These really do feel like they’ll last a lifetime and the sealed edges mean you can throw them in the dishwasher and not worry about cleanup.

Beautiful pan with gorgeous detailing. Can't wait to start cooking with it!
