Had a few scratches on my frying pan coming through 18 months after i bought it. Asked Hexclad if that was a fault and they replaced it within 12 hours. Impressive customer service

I really enjoy these pans, except the one has some of the covering come off at the rim. So I contaced hexclad and they walked me thru the warranty issues and are now in the process of sending me a new pan. Thank you again for all of your help

What a service!
A delay in delivery meant that I was out of the country when my purchase was supposedly delivered but the person in my home the morning that the post office said they had delivered the package could not find it. I reached out to customer service who replied positively immediately and who will send me a replacement on my return. Great service! Many thanks.

My family and I LOVE Hexclad cookware! There is nothing better! It was great to be able to take advantage of the Black Friday specials to order 2 more sets along with some additional pieces. Great customer service
I’ve loved using the pans, they heat quickly and are wonderful to use. I had issues with a couple after a year which have been quickly resolved with new ones sent after sending the images of the faults. New ones arrived within a week and are already getting lots of use, thank you! Great customer service

Superior customer service
My customer service guy, Jericho P., was prompt and exact. I appreciate how precise his questions were. I knew exactly what was required to process my claim quickly. I also liked being able to send a video of my pan’s issue.
