Had a few scratches on my frying pan coming through 18 months after i bought it. Asked Hexclad if that was a fault and they replaced it within 12 hours.

Impressive customer service

I recieved my 7 piece set in Sep 2024. The large frying pan has been used pretty much 3-4 times every week cooking everything from steak, chicken, eggs, vegetables resulting in pasta or rice dishes, sauces post cooking meat to remove the 'glaze' and more. Ive used metal, plastic and wooden utensils and it has been through the dishwasher a few times but generally gets handwashed and it still looks and performs almost like brand new with no apparent scatches or loss of performance. I have zero complaints about the pans that replaced a Le Cruset set that cost more and had a 'lifetime' warranty but only lasted 5-6years. Some time to go to truely compare but initial signs are very promising in comparison.

My last review on HexClad frying pan was a while ago I’ve had my frying pan now around two years give or take, I don’t fry allot of food but as stated previously I bought HexClad because it was endorse by Gordon Ramsey ? Or was it, I paid £175 pounds so not cheap but was soon disappointed in its ability to none stick, I have tried a number of ways to cook with it and different oils in the hope it would not stick, but trust me when I tell you nothing makes any difference with this pan everything sticks and everything has to be removed in the wash with allot of effort, so much so I find myself looking to replaced it, in the past I have bought just the better looking pans but not expensive and they in comparison proved to be a much better buy and much less of a fight to clean after use at a fraction of the cost, the company selling HexClad proved to be what I expected a company only interested in sales my advice is don’t believe all the hype theses companies attach to their products it all boils down to BS to sell the product as a rip off price.

I’ve been looking for a nice set of pans my whole adult life. Kinda like a fisherman looking for the pole or golfer looking for the right putter or driver.
I finally found a set that I love. HexClad went over the top with this set and I couldn’t be happier. They are truly non stick and easy clean up.
They have an even cooking surface also so steaks and chicken come out perfect with just the right amount of sear.
Also, the customer service is outstanding. They address your needs in minutes rather than days.

David S. was super helpful in getting my issue resolved. My plan very quickly lost it’s nonstick capability and David very kindly offered to have it replaced.

Non existent support, even after registering my pans three times I still didn't get any confirmation of it. Pans are ok but support and the website is a disgrace. No contact possible with them. All I'm getting from them is some spam advertisement.
Ps - I checked my spam folder multiple times - no confirmation of registration despite website clearly stated it's registered and after first registration I got a reminder that I have to register my purchase. Worst idea ever. If I buy something from Dyson or ninja it's automatically registered. Here? It's not...

I needed a warranty replacement and they responded with a personalized response in 7 minutes asking for more info. I responded pretty quickly and then in less than 2 hours total, my warranty replacement was approved.

Bei meiner Hexclad Pfanne hat sich nach 2 Jahren die Beschichtung gelöst. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und sie wurde mir sofort ausgetauscht. Bin sehr zufrieden! Der Kundenservice hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr lösungsorientiert.

After buying a couple of HexClad pans, including the 30cm frying pan, I have to say I absolutely love them. The feel, weight and overall look are fantastic — they feel solid, well made and great to cook with.
Unfortunately, my 30cm frying pan developed a few small scratches and food started to stick. I contacted HexClad customer service and was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they dealt with the issue.
A special thank you to Wilson K, who handled my query. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free, and a replacement pan is now being sent out.
For me, you really see the quality of a company when something goes wrong and how they put it right. HexClad certainly did that.

Just used it for the 1st time. Amazing non stick, wonderfull result! Looking forward making diner with hexclad.
Also very good support from the helpdesk as the first shipment couldn’t be traced and got a new one. Very quick response on my questions. Superb!!

I contacted for stick issue and received the service for replacement.
