Super pans and awesome customer service
I bought a HexClad pan and ended up needing to use the lifetime warranty on it. Honestly, I was expecting a huge headache and a bunch of back and forth emails, but Billy E. in customer service made it super easy. My new pan showed up just a few days later. The pans are definitely expensive, but knowing they actually honor their warranty makes it totally worth the money. Shoutout to Billy E. for being so helpful and fast!
