Had a few scratches on my frying pan coming through 18 months after i bought it. Asked Hexclad if that was a fault and they replaced it within 12 hours. Impressive customer service

I can’t say enough about our Hexclad pots and pans! We’ve had our set for a few years and just recently have an issue with the material inside the pans. I contacted customer service via email, Billy E. answered right away, answered all of our questions, updated us every step of the way and was so very helpful from the very start!! Exceptional customer service by Billy E
I ordered a product and then added another product to the order during the checkout process. It went through my credit card, but I received an email that said I owed a balance for the added product. I emailed Hexclad customer service relaying my ordeal and Billy E was quick to track and research, letting me know I was paid in full in short order. I appreciate it so much. I was originally ordered the 12 set pots and pans. Upon receiving the sets, I was delivered two sets of pots. I immediately reached out to hexclad to fix the issue. Billy E. helped me address the issue and even offered solutions that show that Hexclad cares about their customer and wants to do right by them. I am really appreciative of the help I recieved!
