Ordered a while ago ORDER NUMBER 45127. Emailed three times and no response. Terrible customer service (non existent) My order is yet to arrive.

I've found the teeth whitening strips really good, from the first use i could really see the difference. Would definitely recommend and I will be purchasing again.

My whitening strips were pretty good, only used them twice and found it a bit difficult keeping my teeth dry enough for them to stick down properly but I did notice whiter teeth on my side teeth but hoping once I get used to getting them on properly it will whiten more.

The Heysmile products were delivered quickly. I took an an advantage of a sale price because I have ordered these before and I do know that the strips work really well.

Similar experience to a lot of people on here - ordered the whitening kit two weeks ago, got an update to say it was dispatched after two days but Royal Mail tracking says they're still waiting for it, 11 days later. Have had no response from their customer service team despite trying to contact them multiple times via different routes. Can see they're responding on here saying there are delivery delays - maybe you should be transparent and contact customers with active orders to let them know directly, or put it on your website?! Instead it just all feels like a scam, so I'll be opening a dispute with Paypal for a refund. Horrible service.

So far, so good. Easy to apply and fairly convenient to use. I just wish there were more instructions/info about their use other than the very simple instructions on the box.

Instructions or info on daily use/when not to use/ how to dry your teeth before application would be useful.

The product was great and effective in whitening the teeth overall on the long run. however i paid for premium delivery and didnt recieve the product on time when i selected 1-2 days receiving it almost a week later. I also sent an email about refunding and got no response.

This is an easy to use product which did make a difference to the colour of my teeth . No sensitivity issues . Product arrived quickly and was well packaged

Took a few days longer than expected to come but since using the strips they are slowly working good product

Really happy with my teeth whitening product. Shipped quickly and received within a few days! Best on the market by miles. My teeth are so much whiter and no sensitivity which I found happened a lot with other products on the high street! Thank you hey smile for giving me back my smile!

I ordered the teeth whitening kit two weeks ago and the Royal Mail tracking still says they haven’t received it yet. I have emailed twice and had no reply. DO NOT USE!!!

Scam. No products arrived. Both my husband and I placed orders and neither came. No response to any emails. Will have to go through the process of a chargeback with bank - who has time for this??? AVOID this company. Why are the national press endorsing such a shoddy business?

I made an order on 10th march with a 2-4 day delivery but still nothing has been received. The order is not showing as dispatched and nobody is replying to 3 separate emails that I have sent. No option to call/no contact number on the website, so starting to think this site it not legitimate. I may have to contact my bank asap I have been charged!

They site said you can easily manage/cancel a subscription.. yet there’s nothing to be seen on the website regarding subscription cancellation….shady practices..
