From the beginning the information and communication was very effective, staff always on hand to help with any queries and the help being guided through the process allowed me to focus on passing my test! Would highly recommend!

Throughout the whole process of getting my Class 1, the whole team from HGV Training Network has been amazing. Chris, Ben, John and Richard (in the order of the interaction) are the great people that always kept me updated and they made the process so easy for me. The only thing I had to do on my part was to study, practice and get ready for my theory and practice, followed by the final tests which, I passed all of them first time.

I have to say that I am actually impressed with the way they sorted everything for me and I am grateful I’ve done my due diligence to go ahead and obtain my Class 1 license with them.

Richard was the one that actually took care of me most of the time. What an absolutely fantastic experience because of him. He is passionate and a good listener, Richard went above and beyond for me to make sure I am doing alright and always asked me if I need anything, to get in touch with him as soon as possible. I hope this feedback finds the right person within the company and offer him a bonus because he is definitely doing an outstanding job. My recommendation to HGV Training Network is to invest in people like him and his team, and I am sure the great feedback won’t stop here.

I can’t really describe in words how happy and satisfied I am, truly, as I think I could have went in depth about my experience but as a summary, I truly and sincerely recommend this company if you want to obtain your Class 1 or even Class 2. They offer loans with good APRs or pay a one time payment for the packages.

The initial training was great and set me up for a strong pass on the Theory. Then it was down to a weeks driving with the Module 3A and Module 4 CPC tests, and finally the driving test itself. All passed first time. Big shout out to the guys including John, Richard and Scott. Big thumbs up.

The website for the theory and CPC training was very easy to follow and explained everything very well. With the help provided I managed to pass my Class 2 theory, CPC and driving tests first time. Thanks again for all the help

I had all of my tests booked in advance, appointments with doctors, driving lessons and tests after. To be prepared for the theory tests, I had access to a very helpful app where I could learn and check my knowledge. They will not pass your exams instead of you but they will help you to be prepared for them. I passed mine on the first attempt (cat C+E)
