I have started my HGV training through Amazon career choice and so far the service has been fantastic, with training materials emailed straight away Nikki and Tia have answered any questions that I asked and not bombarded with emails or WhatsApp messages.

The training itself was well organised, and the instructors especially Keith were knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive. They explained everything clearly and helped build my confidence behind the wheel, especially when it came to manoeuvres and real test situations.

What really stood out for me was the excellent customer service, especially from Tia. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process—always quick to respond, polite, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was booking, answering questions, or giving updates, Tia made the experience stress-free and well managed.

Thanks to the combined support of the instructors and Tia’s outstanding customer service, I felt fully prepared and confident going into my test.

Very good & quick process was thinking it was going to take longer it went very smoothly in my time frame , I made a good choice with the school I went with & the driving school that they choice for me , when ever I ask for a call back got it straightaway stress free well done !
