The course is one of the best I’ve ever done and all the instructors were working with me and were brilliantly knowledgeable in everything in from the track to check of them well knowledgeable to the points and legal training of were I would no problem were
Were I stand if I had problems with employer, insurance,management and. Maintenance , delivery of the answer to my question were on the spot and most importantly the friendly service is best in every way,I am going to recommend the to all my customers and friends including my family

I didn’t book with them as the person who contacted me via many many calls and emails was not only rude but also threatening on email. It is worth remembering you never know what someone else is going through, speaking over the few days I was bombarded was not feasible, making unpleasant comments was unnecessary.I would never recommend using such an unprofessional business

Excellent Customer Service

The support we received from The LGV Training Company was absolutely fantastic.

My son had previously paid another company to help him through his HGV course, but unfortunately, they were totally useless. I found The LGV Company online and decided to give them a go.

I paid again for my son to start his training with them, and the difference in the support he received was unbelievable. They genuinely cared about how he was getting on. They would phone him every time he had a test to see how he had done and ask if there was anything they could do to help.

It was so refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers and wants to see them succeed.

From start to finish this company has been excellent. I had constant updates and check ins from the booking team and was in contact with Anthony on the recruitment team as soon as I passed and he got me an interview the next day and a job within the week.

I had a great experience learning with driving school! I recently completed my HGV training and I’m so happy to say that I passed all of my tests!

The training was intensive and challenging at times, but my instructor was patient, professional and very supportive throughout the whole process. I was quite nervous at the beginning, especially when learning to drive such a large vehicle, but I was given clear instructions and encouragement which really helped build my confidence.

I’m very grateful for all the guidance and support I received. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to start their HGV driving journey. Thank you so much for helping me achieve my goal!

I went with the LGV training company as they were the only company to get back to me within 5 minutes of an initial inquiry. Nick Lake spoke for about 20 minutes, going through everything they offer regarding training and support. The price was good, and support was readily available when needed. The staff always contacted me regarding each stage of the process with great feedback and encouragement. The learning tools are great, but you yourself must put in the study time. So, overall, from inquiry to pass was 5 months, well worth it.

They handled all aspects of my training with competent professionalism and were there when I had many questions. Nick Lake is the man to speak to and you will be sorted.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that due to the school's being busy,I had to take my 2nd test in a different location but overall I'd recommend using LGV
