Overall great! Gave me good options to pay for my class 1 course, I took the 12 instalments option. Was plenty patient as I was unable to start the course properly for a while after I had completed all my payments (even though I knew I could have started my training midway whilst paying). Communicated well throughout. Not a bad thing I can say. Cheers Paul and the DIRECT HGV team!

Loved every moment! Passed first time. Alex was fab from start to finish. Peter was a really great instructor and I couldn’t recommend direct HGV enough for being reliable, trustworthy & seeing me through this process.

I had such a great experience with Direct HGV! Carlos was amazing — always there to help and guide me whenever I needed it. The whole team made me feel really supported, and the training was top quality. Because of that, I felt confident going into my test and passed first time! Huge thank you to everyone for all the help and encouragement along the way 🙌

If I could give zero stars I would. What an awful experience, completely misleading from the beginning, claimed to be the training provider, they are NOT. They act as a middle man and charge an additional £1500 for what you can get if you go direct. Told that training was in one place, it was somewhere else completely. Took £100 up front for a £40 medical! At no point did they state they were the middle man or that by going direct to the trainer you could get the course much cheaper. Promised a guaranteed job at the end of it, again a load of rubbish. Hard lesson learnt however I don't want others making the same mistake. My advice is DO YOUR HOMEWORK first. My training was with Freight Train who A) charge £1500 less for the same thing and B) really do guarantee a job if you pass.

Absolutely over the moon with direct hgv ..just passed my test today and passed first time no dramas .
Carlos has been in touch with me since day 1 if I had any queries and had to message him he always responded within minutes with the answer honestly can’t fault them in any way thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼and also the company they use to train you are the most understanding helpful guys I’ve come across again thank you all

I dealt with Paul through HGV Direct and I have zero complaints. He was always available to answer any of my questions and was extremely accommodating. The service I received was amazing from start to finish and I would definitely recommend Paul & HGV Direct.

my experience with direct hgv has been nothing but positive Carlitos was who I originally spoke with on the phone and has been an incredible help with regards to keeping in contact with things that are happening, Paul was also an amazing help with booking in tests,practical dates and has always kept in contact throughout, without direct hgv I would've never have thought about going for my class 2 licence and they made the overall experience of it all easier, can't recommend direct hgv enough

Passed my C+E with DIRECT HGV on the first attempt, thanks to Carlitos and Alex for being patient and professional. The booking process was smooth and they handled my medical tests efficiently, Highly recommend for anyone looking to start they HGV career.
