Highgate’s heating engineers were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They figured out the problem and replaced the receiver and thermostat there and then and boiler now working properly. Would deffo recommend them.

As a landlady i need a really reliable service provider for when things go wrong as they inevitably do. John is a pleasure to deal with and his plumbers and electricians are efficient, polite and helpful. It might be slightly more expensive than dealing with a sole trader but the reliability makes up for it. At last I’ve found the solution to my problems after 20 plus years in the business.

A fantastic experience with Highgate Heating who helped us choose everything from the tiles to the shower valve. Not only did they come in exactly on budget and finish when they said they would but they also got us discount on the parts. Turned up on time. We’re very polite and explained everything they were doing. Can’t fault them. I’ve used them in the past and they’ve never let me down. If you’re looking for decent, honest and reliable tradesmen, look no further.

Had various jobs done at the same time - boiler service, hive installation, leaking radiator fix. Had a great experience overall, despite needing a couple of visits for ongoing radiator issues, John was always super fast to respond and get someone out immediately. Very professional and courteous and I'll be using them again in the future.

Initial fault with heating system fixed on the day of reporting, additional fault with hot water also fixed within one-day of report. Prompt and effective communication throughout.

Company was recommended to me by our boiler manufacturer (Worcester). Boiler timing controls were not working and John (MD) quickly arranged for Udo (heating engineer) to fit my job in despite busy schedule. Good communications from company and Udo was punctual/polite/professional and quickly diagnosed issues and gave good advice. He arranged return appointment within 2 days to effect repairs and reset/test system in perfect working order. I will definitely rely on Highgate Heating in the future. John and Udo came to the rescue after almost being scammed by another company. They were super busy but still able to fit my job in within a few days. They were on-time and quickly diagnosed past and present condition of my boiler and answered all my questions which were a lot following a bad experience with a different company. I will be using Highgate Heating in the future and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs expert help with their boiler and heating systems. Excellent service! I had a boiler serviced and safety checked. Communications prior and after the service were fast and clear. Udo arrived within the predicted time and for the boiler service. He was extremely polite, straightforward, clear with his words and left no mess! He was even wearing a shoe cover!
