John at Highgate Heating has been super responsive the couple of times I have needed plumbing help, answering my call right away. John has been able to send a plumber the same day for urgent plumbing issues. Highgate Heating’s plumbers have been consistently excellent and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Highgate Heating and am super relieved to have found a really reliable and reasonably priced plumber.

First class service! Recently had an urgent issue with boiler. John went to special lengths to find the right pump and get it delivered so that we could have a hot shower at the weekend. Priceless customer service. Thank you. Udo and Joey who attended were very polite efficient and got the job done. Highly recommend

I had a leak in a very inaccessible place under the bath. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, the leak was fixed without the access causing any problems and all was left tidy. Very happy with the service.

Had them install a replacement heat boiler and a number of repairs/ some complex wiring issues in a large old house set up( 2 hot water tanks, 2 underfloor manifolds with multiple valves on each , 5 timer controllers etc.). They understood the system, identified the components and wiring issues where failure had occurred and installed the new boiler.

They were happy to discuss and advise the different ways it could be set up and operated as we changed historic high gas use to cut gas costs.

I was most impressed that they understood and methodically traced down all issues so fully operational in the way I wanted to beat manage gas use.

Did the work the day after I made the initial enquiry. John was also flexible with my working hours which was much appreciated.
Efficient, friendly and professional.
I will be using Highgate Heating again for sure.

Highgate Heating & Plumbing replaced our shower and sorted out associated problems efficiently explaining the work and cost involved as they went along.

Wonderfully professional and well organised. From first reaching out to enquire through to John calling after the work was completed to check we were happy with everything (we were!)

Rates are fair and the plumbing work we had done took much less time than we initially feared!

Very efficient, prompt and considerate service. We needed a gas safety record at a short notice (due to participation in a refugee scheme) and couldn’t get an early appointment elsewhere. The engineer arrived on time, explained the procedure and managed to complete all the checks over a half-hour period. Highly recommended.

A nice friendly company to deal with. Robert attended and done an assessment on our complicated pipe work, and got to work immediately in unblocking our kitchen sink. He also explained a few helpful tips in keeping our drains clean.

I called in Highgate Heating because I had problems with the boiler and no hot water. They were prompt and got the problem fixed within half an hour.

I needed to get an emergency plumber out and after a couple of calls found Highgate Heating online. I called, explained the situation and a calm (which helped!) response. A couple of minutes later I got a call explained in more detail the level of emergency (water leak) and was told someone would be round shortly. I was also given the price clearly.
When the plumber came round diagnosis was swift, problem dealt with and they also gave us advice on our stopcock and the installation of a new washing machine which saved us a huge problem later on.
Excellent, polite, service. I can't comment on the cost as I don't have anything to compare it to, but I would happily use Highgate Heating again and have recommended them to friends already.
