Found John on Trust a Trader this morning after my hot water tap in bathroom stopped working. He got back to me within the hour and promised to send someone same day. A couple of hours later my shower tap is fixed and the young man who attended was very polite and quite efficient. Great service.

Great service, incredibly helpful and polite. Turned up in the allotted time slot, which is generally not the case in my past experiences. The problem we were experiencing was sorted very efficiently. Everything was explained to me in a non patronising and very thorough manner. I would definitely recommend, trustworthy companies are harder to come by these days unfortunately so when you find a good one you want to save their details and the deserve a great review.

The wireless thermostat in our flat in London was not working and generating heat constantly today. I called up Highgate Heating and John was very kind to send an engineer within 4 hours. Now that’s great service.
A lovely engineer Udo came and resolved the problem immediately. Now we can return to our home in Canada without having to worry about the overheating 🥵 in the flat. I will definitely use this company if there are future issues.

This was the best service we have ever received from a heating company! Our boiler had broken down and when we phoned the company the response was immediate and reassuring. They obtained the spare part quickly and arranged for an engineer to be with us within a few hours. The engineer was charming and efficient and carried out the repair expertly. Faultless service!

I rang in the morning as my boiler wasn’t working and john arranged for someone to come round that evening. The guy was really helpful and fixed the boiler even though it was a real struggle to get the front off because of the cupboard it was in.

Just had Highgate Heating out for my flat near archway and I couldn't be happier, they fixed the boiler issue and we now have hot water and heating again! It also only cost £150 which is much cheaper than other plumbers. The engineer was very polite and respectful. Already asked them to give me a quote for another job.
