Great service. Very efficient and well organised.

This is the second time I’ve used Highgate heating - this time for a new boiler - and they were great again. Really efficient and professional and even kindly fitted the Hive thermometer for me. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

John came within 30 mins to help in an emergency. Fixed fault and advised me about how to get ignition repaired. He’s completely reliable and I will now ask him for service contract for my boiler.

Great workmanship! John and Simon were extremely professional and responsive to getting our hot water / boiler fixed. We first organised for another plumber to fix the boiler however that company left us with no hot water for 2 months - totally unacceptable! Therefore, I called John at Highgate Heating and he immediately sent Simon to fix the hot water (shower & taps), and he fixed the faulty boiler. They explained everything very clearly so a layperson could understand the problem. They were upfront on the costs and best solution to our problems. They gave us a quote to fix the shower and boiler back to the original way it had been plumbed, but also suggested an improved and cheaper option by plumbing the shower up to the mains instead of the water tank in the loft. As such this reduced the overall cost and has improved the health & safety aspect of the way the shower had been previously plumbed. I cannot recommend them more highly, I am very happy with their professionalism and work! Thank you John and Simon.

I booked an engineer to check on my boiler and heating. It was a straightforward process, he came as he said he would, checked what I asked to check and gave me advice plus I am now waiting for info about my shower problems. And things are working just fine! Recommended service 😊

I've used Highgate Heating on a number of occasions now and they have always been excellent. John is extremely responsive and helpful and they team who have carried out work for us have always been respectful, punctual, and extremely thorough. HH also offer a range of services I wasn't even aware of! Great team.

Udo from Highgate Heating and Building came to assist at very short notice. I had recently moved in to a property and had some issues with my boiler/water.

Udo was very professional, courteous and managed to rectify the issues very quickly.

The plumber came to replace an external tap as I'd requested (not an emergency job). He arrived within the notified appointment slot. I had checked the hourly/minimum weekday, non-emergency price on the website beforehand. It seemed reasonable in relation to other local plumbing company prices though I didn't realise that it didn't include VAT (which was charged on top). Materials are charged on top of the hourly price. In this case it was only an additional £10. The plumber was a pleasant young chap who did a good job in quick time and it looks nice. I would recommend this company as reliable, efficient and with operatives who are pleasant to deal with.

Very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful team. Very quick response to book appointment for boiler/heating repair and were really flexible with timing around working from home restrictions. Good quality of work and reasonable price. As well as fixing the immediate issue they highlighted some other concerns to consider without being pushy on adding this to the job. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with my boiler that they identified in no time and fixed promptly, all whilst delivering great service. I will definitely use them again should I have any other issues in the future.

I would definitely recommend Highgate Heating. I talked to John about the job initially (boiler service and moving a radiator) & sent him a video of what I wanted doing (radiator wise - fab idea!). He gave me a quote on how long he thought it would take and the cost broken down. Udo turned up the following week at exactly the time he was supposed to (tick). He then carried out the radiator move and boiler service without any issue / drama / moaning (I live on an estate and people always moan about lack of parking and difficulty in finding the property - not a word - tick, tick!). He was polite, un-intrusive and safety conscious. He even checked smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Gas safety certificate was emailed straight after. Work was carried out in time quoted and for cost quoted. Impressed. Happy customer.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Had a complicated combi conversion done and credit to Udo & Del they weren’t phased by any of it and did a brilliant job. John was a pleasure to deal with throughout the job and everyone was easy to contact at any time, and happy to help me out. They also offered very competitive prices, definitely will be using them again in the future!
