Easily contactable, reliable work completed at competitive pricing point. John has been servicing my heating system and providing gas safety certificates for several years now. He responds promptly to my requests, liaises directly with my tenant to gain access and is always pleasant and polite in my dealings with hi,. I would highly recommend.

John the owner and CEO is extremely helpful and responds fast to requests. Sometimes difficult to schedule a visit as they are very busy but they try hard

I am absolutely thrilled to have Highgate Heating. Everyone that I’ve dealt with from the office staff to engineers have been excellent. Communication has been exemplary, not just with me but with my tenant, they have been reliable in terms of calling back and arriving when they said they would, the work has been completed quickly and correctly and what I found most impressive was that I thought I needed new thermostatic valves on my radiators and rather than going along with that and increasing the job, the engineer said it wasn’t necessary. Highly recommended. I will be using them again….

Highgate Heating recently replaced our shower pump. Very efficient and reliable service. They are our top choice for any plumbing or central heating work.

Used them for last 3 years always been efficient in past.
Tried ringing in January left messages never answered, tried February no answer, left a what's app message in march which was read and ignored!
Awful service for a returning customer, gone elsewhere now!

We've used Highgate heating on and off for 6 Years. I've always found them pricey but fairly reliable. However we went to use them again and twice John said he would call us back with a time to fix our shower cartridge and he didn't. Even after we chased! It's now been 1 week and we are going with Rachel Joseph who is proving much more reliable and helpful.

We were able to get a plumber sent out within 24 hours notice. Duncan (the plumber) quickly determined what the problem was and explained all the available options we had available. He even gave us a couple of free fuses.

Highgate Heating and Plumbing are very reliable and competent. They have done quite a bit of work for me over the years.

My boiler had stopped working overnight- no hot water, no central heating, got one company out who recommended a completely new system to be installed at the cost in excess of £4k. Called John at Highgate Heating after reading the multiple great reviews on the website, within 3 hour he had sent someone out and the issue was fixed on the spot. Fantastic service and solid advice at the same time, will be using again!

Great service from the start. John was swift to respond to my enquiry to fix a leaking shower and worked around my availability. Duncan did the job, he was polite, got on with it and left no mess at all. The leaking is now fixed and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Speedy response to a boiler crisis. Fixed on the same day. The crew dispatched to our house were excellent. Highly recommended.

Both plumbing engineers are courteous, quickly identified root causes with my central heating system and fully focused on getting the job done during the entire visit. They were not deterred by unexpected issues discovered along the way and overcame them without any delay. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. A job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
