Ordered a Shock Resistant as per original complaint. They sent. A replacement but the same model ie iPhone 15 instead of a iPhone 16 Pro! Then to add insult to injury their carrier EVRI then delivered the item to the wrong address so I have never seen or received this item. EVRI did not accept its their fault and they could not sort it out but, to contact the seller with my complaint. Do, both companies are absolutely useless and stay away from them.

Scam scam scam!!! Companies like this need shutting down,I ordered a month ago nothing I contact over 15 times nothing,im getting trading Stanstanrds involved now I want my REFUND

If zero stars were possible I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Ordered kitchen cleaner expecting a standard size cleaner, NO, contains 60ml??? Apart from the rip off, their customer service is awful. Sent almost 20 emails and just received auto replies, problem never dealt with. Wish I had read other comments. Big Scam.

Ordered a dress that was advertised on Facebook after people saying they had received and was exactly as advertised, I received the dress nothing like the colour so I have tried to return, sent around 20 emails for the return address but they will not respond, also used Clearpay as I thought they would help if any issues but was wrong with that too, don’t buy or waste ur time 🖕

I order 3 can of water proof coating £90 last night, They were meant to send me a confirmation code which they didn’t, so I become suspicious and watch videos on youtube about them and reading messages here, I have no doubt they are somehow dodgy , I’m going to ask my bank if I can refund , I should have known better…

I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. DO NOT buy from this company. They promised me a refund but have now started to ignore emails. £40 down the drain. Lesson learned.

Warning to anyone using this company, DO NOT, they take your money tell you to pick it up from somewhere else and you can’t get it or get an answer from them. Getting your money back seems to be impossible. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have ordered toothpaste on my app says delivery , but I never received nothing , I have contact the company nothing has been done and delivery company said they will get in touch with but also nothing done

A short time ago I had an issue with an order and after complaining numerous times got that sorted. I thought I'd give them ago again as they were offering 20%discount but when I put in the code no discount. When I complained their solution was to pay in full and they would give me a 10% refund. I'm not touching this company ever again 🤬🤬🤬

Absolute scam, pots of leak sealer are same size pots that I get my vitamins
in ! Buy 2 and get one free, accept you don’t get the third. Just a Chinese scam company !

Avoid this company. A tiny pot arrived with a tiny brush. Definitely a rip off and no way to contact the company . Lesson learnt . Don’t waste your money.

Order online water proof coating 8 days ago ,,saying 3 to 7 days ..found this product come from China ..tried to track ,,eventually wants £1 to track my product..
Spend days emailed this company…nothing ..MEANS this Company is a “ SCAM” please people be aware …
This company doesn’t exist !!Exist taken your money of your account ..advise telling your solicitor to proceed ..I have already spoken to my solicitor is on the case with local authorities..
