I have bombarded Alex with question for the last 15 months and he has answered them all straight away and with so much detail and reassurance.

Alex was very helpful, especially for someone who had never cruised before. He was very knowledgeable about the cruise line and ship we were looking at, and ultimately booked. He was available to answer calls outwith ‘normal’ office hours and dealt with requests and paperwork quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and we would definitely book again with him ourselves.

We have booked 2 cruises with Alex over the last 12 months. Each time we have found Alex to be highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were fully prepared for our holidays. Alex was amazing helping us navigate Covid test policies and even gave us some great pointers on getting a passport quickly for one of our party who had an expired passport. I would even go as far to say we wouldn't even look elsewhere next time we go on a cruise.
