Hamara Sikkim trip bilkul hopeless tha ,management lower level ka, 4 star hotel change Katke guest house me Tika diya, n koi dhang ka Breakfast n koi dinner, bakwas trip ,paise bekaar Gaye! 2 bar driver ne raste me gadi rok di payment ke Karan!

Spoke to Neil Woodcraft after an issue with the hotel
He sorted it out promptly and upgraded our hotel at no extra cost
He was very helpful

The staff were very helpful and respectful. Luke was very professional. But I tried to cancel the transfer taxi 2 days after booking, four months before the holiday but taxi service which was very expensive would not accept.
Other than that the staff were helpful.

Eva was brilliant and found all the information I was looking for. Great service and couldn't do enough to help.

Have dealt with Lucy, Robin and Eva. All were very helpful so high marks for customer service. Di not fly until October when I hope that and the hotel are as good a service.

Today it was Neil I spoke to and he was professional, helpful and able to help with any queries.

Every time I have spoken to the people I booked my holiday with, have always been very helpful and polite, I have paid for my holiday, but I am such a paniker, I have not received my boarding tickets yet, I am travelling on Friday the 17th, and I have been told I will get a email on Thursday with my boarding tickets, so I am not worrying, but I will be if I don't get them Thursday, but the lady has told me not to worry, thanks again Stewart skipsey
