Hollybrook Group Ltd Reviews 

We had a quote from Hollybrook and received another, from a different A/C company. Hollybrook agreed to match it and we went with them as we'd already seen that they were an established installer in this field and had managed to visit them at their offices. This gave us more confidence, as (we hope) they'll be around in the future to look after the kit.

The installer and his assistant turned-up on time, on the agreed install date and were polite and sociable. Mess was cleared, as they went along and the units (inside and out) situated exactly where we wanted them.

After the install, we were shown how to operate the units and also what they would and wouldn't do.

Top marks for a first class install (and thanks again Danny for such a neat job)

The lads arrived promptly at 8am and worked through to 6pm without stopping for tea breaks ect. The job they had was difficult and not straight forward. They were professional, efficient and clean. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. 10 out of 10.

Bank holiday weekend, needed to call out of hours service . Within 1/2 hour I’d had a WhatsApp acknowledging my call , engineer called me then to confirm arrival time the next day . Customer service is 150% ..couldn’t recommend Hollybrook enough & will continue to use them. 5 ✨

An engineer from Hollybrook was assigned due to a fault with our boiler. He was completely professional and very helpful with his advice. We then had to arrange for a new boiler and staff here were really quick with their very competitive quote. The change from old to new did take all day, but the guys were really respectful to our home and overcame some technical issues with ease. I cannot recommend them enough. Really pleased with the service and the price!

I was pleasantly surprised when Hollybrook Group responded to my request (made through Checkatrade) as it was late on Sunday evening. I was told I'd receive a call first thing Monday morning when their office opened and sure enough I received a call just after 8am to say engineers would be out to me on Tuesday. Two engineers arrived Tuesday morning, they were knowledgeable and did not waste time in diagnosing the issue. They had the parts needed on their van and quickly completed the job. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Would definitely use Hollybrook Group in the future.

Needed an urgent repair for a leaky boiler for my elderly mother. Customer Services were excellent and the engineer was lovely. He took time to explain to her the problem and what he was going to do. Very professional, courteous, thorough and finished the job very quickly. Would use Hollybrook again with no hesitation.

After several plumbers couldn't sort my limited heating and hot water a viessmann engineer told me I needed a new main heat exchanger £780 hollybrook contacted me through checkatrade within a few days Sonny and Jerome turn up lovely guys and sorted exchanger out £144 now first proper shower and heating in 6 weeks we're so happy would 100% use again and definitely recommend them

This is my second time using hollybrook services. The engineer was polite, clean and did a professional job. The customer service was outstanding and got back to me very quickly; will definitely be using again.

We were happy with the service overall and how promptly our boiler was fixed. It was a little disappointing that they didn’t stick to the booked appointment time, since we had arranged work to accommodate this. In the end we had to ask a relative last minute to accommodate this.

When you find a Company who is simply the best in all aspects and provides the best service, you certainly do not want to change, and Hollybrook just simply come up trumps with their efficiency and providing the best service.
The Staff are all so helpful and also efficient, I cannot fault them, they just provide all what you need especially in an emergency, they will be there.

Firstly thank you so much. They came out after my boiler stopped working and fixed it the same day. The engineer was polite, friendly and professional which is rare these days. From my initial call to the job being completed I can not fault the service, even the office staff were calming, prompt and informative. I will definitely be using you for my boiler upgrade later this year! I have recommended you already to a family member that has now had some work done and is equally as pleased 😀
