Excellent plumbers, great communication , efficient fix .. couldn’t recommend enough

Brilliant service, great advice and prompt and very reasonable

Supplied and fitted new kitchen taps and resolved the issue of noise coming from pipes. Even solved the problem of the stop cock being to tight to turn excellent service.

Hollybrook carried out a powerflush in the Summer for me, very happy with the work, wouldn't have known they'd been there.
6 months later my 25 year old combi boiler started to make very concerning noises, I called Grant and he arrived half an hour later. Unfortunately the boiler was on it's last legs. He costed 3 options for me, which I price compared. I went with his very reasonably priced option of a Worcester Bosch 1000 30Kw combi boiler. I was fitted about 5 days later, with no fuss, mess or issues. A very good job and a very happy customer.

Had our boiler serviced but no service sheet or report given to us. Asked several times for it, promised it would be sent but received nothing. We need this for our records just in case we need it for proof of service.

What fabulous service. Grant was delightful to speak to on the phone for advice. No sales pitch just answered what I wanted to know which is all I wanted originally I had researched alot about air conditioning units and prices Installation and what was required. I contacted many companies to get quotes and information and found that this company had excellent reviews and lots of them. I wanted to go with a reputable company that did the whole job and supplied and fitted in one go Excellent work completed and the chaps who came to do the work were very thorough Very polite and showed me how to use the system too. We had air conditioning put in the lodge what a very good job from start to finish very good quality products with seven years warranty and A + plus rating we will use them to service the air-conditioning and service our boiler as well big thanks to GRANT and the price is brilliant

Head engineer, Michael, and an apprentice, Sonny, came to my home on 7 July 2023 to repair my Viessmann gas boiler. They were very polite, tidy and thoroughly professional in everything they did. I recommend them.

From the start to the end, it was a smooth, informative, professional, thorough experience and the works were completed to a high standard.

Grant from the start took the time to understand the project thoroughly as the project was not straight forward. He advised us of the short and longterm effects, which lead us to change the boiler and tank.

Once everything was agreed with the works taking place, his onsite team started. Jack headed the team. Jack and his team were excellent and very skilful. When problems arose, he quickly found solutions to present to us to keep the project moving forward. They worked quickly and efficiently always keeping us up to date with progress.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the works carried out by the Hollybrook Group! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable, professional and skilful company to carry out your plumbing needs.

Hollybrook services in Basildon are a very reliable and professional service. They have helped me with identifying gas leak and capping it, power flushing 2 heating system to get it best working order, re-plumbing to seperate out hot water and heating system, install an unvented cylinder to get showers in working order, helped with 2 leak detections and fixing the leaks, reinstalled bathroom plumbing including re- tiling the bathroom in 3 days to get it in working order after a botched job by a builder. They are a very reliable service and always respond when there are issues, I would highly recommend them for any heating, plumbing or gas/water escape issues. Thank you very much Hollybrook team for all the hard work, very grateful & satisfied customer.

Used this company for annual boiler service. Small repair was also needed and full estimate was received by email. Great communication, easy payment on line and engineers called in advance to confirm time of visits. Excellent service from start to finish.

They have installed two radiators for me. The gentleman whos name is Grant came to survey the job , provided me a quote with a very reasonable price, also he understood the urgency of the work and arranged a highly professional engineer for the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to somewhere as an emergency and there was no one in the house to be with the engineer. When I explained the situation to Grant he has left his office and came to my house and ensured everything going smoothly, they made me feel like they are part of my family. That proved again, everything is not a business, humanity still exist. Thanks Grant.
