Started off well, then organisation went down hill after ordering more than 1 item, deliveries messed up, orders messed up, product supplied lower quality than expected, issues with 50 out of 57 items.
Only use one supplier and receive items from a back room production line which is why they are cheaper.
Tried communicating to keep with it due to low prices but with problem after problem I would rather pay 30% more than deal with the stress created trying to get it done right by these,
The young lad will tell you yes yes yes don’t worry I’ll sort it out for you and then nothing happens, no backbone, no urgency, no understanding, to inexperienced and to unorganised to understand being where he is.

Will never use these again

Really good pre sales advice however once they have your order the delivery and after sales is shocking.

Josh the salesman was on the ball, very knowledgeable about all products. The delivery driver was also very polite and helpful. The bifolds are decent quality, easy to fit and look great. Very Happy customer.

We ordered some black heritage bespoke size doors. We found the company really helpful when acquiring quotes for the doors and the doors arrived as expected. We are really happy with our doors, they look great. We have had a small issue with one of the glass panels filling with condensation and within 48 hours of contacting the company they have organised a replacement panel, great customer service from Lory. Would recommend!

Faultless service and communication from start to finish. Josh beyond helpful with every step of the order. The windows and doors are excellent quality. We are delighted. About to order another set of windows to complete the house make over!

I ordered Made to measure patio doors. I was kept updated throughout the process, they arrived on time and I am very happy with the quality. I highly recommend this company.

Customer service was excellent, Josh called to check everything was correct before the doors got built. All delivered today and would of been 5 stars but didn't know they were coming as no email or message!! Luckily wife home so not an issue.. would use again.

I was a bit reluctant to order windows, patio and entrance doors online without any prior experience, knowledge and ability to view the products live. However, Josh M. from sales has been extremely helpful. No query was left unanswered and even asked and checked on my knowledge to make sure I order the right things at the right size. He provided solutions for our time sensitive order ensuring we will receive everything on time for our project timeline. His communication was clear, accurate, courteous and most importantly prompt. He made the whole experience seamless and built our confidence in the process which ultimately lead us to purchasing 10 windows, a patio door and an entrance door with a side panel and some extras on top! Definitely a 10 out of 10 customer service experience thanks to Josh.
I have also found that many smaller local window and door traders order their stock from here (same brochure etc) hence was able to see some of the products in their showrooms!
I am currently awaiting delivery and hoping everything will be the same great experience and quality as I have experienced so far. :)

We got a black heritage style double door 2400w x 2100h and then a single heritage door.

Both are great quality and look great. Delivery was a day ahead of schedule too which was helpful for sequencing builder activities.

Josh and his team were very professional, helpful and responsive to enquiries. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and well organised. We got our doors well wrapped and when promised. The doors are excellent quality, look and work great. Love the reassuring clunk when they close. Happy to recommend the team and the product, which is great value for money. Well done and thank you.

Excellent service, very helpful. I emailed and had prompt reply and they found a door we particularly wanted that I couldn’t see on website. Regular updates about order and delivery status . Much cheaper than elsewhere.

Provided some bespoke design windows for me at a mid size industrial unit. As a Site Manager by far and away one of my best experiences with a subbie. Windows at a good price, supplied to site undamaged and installed by some quality fitters. Got round a few problems with existing wonky walls and left my client with some fantastic looking windows and ZERO snags!

Very impressed with the rapid responce to my request.
