Had my install more than 12 months ago and I have to say the support has been outstanding they are moments away from replying to your questions with their (UK Based) support. No automated queuing systems, proper down to earth reliable UK support and quickly sorted. They didn’t quibble when something needed replacing either, they even did it when I was on holiday! Throughly Trustworthy

We called Homecctv regarding an extra camera, when Trevor arrived he checked our other two cameras prior to fitting our third, which he mentioned the upgrade cameras. After viewing one of the colour and audio cameras I chose to upgrade. I must say Trevor was helpful informing and professional in all his duties. Really pleased with the professional advice and workmanship. Happy customer.

Just had an additional camera fitted, and upgraded two existing camera's, Kevin who came to install these additions is very good at what he does, lovely guy an very tidy, you wouldn't know he'd been. I would recommend Home CCTV every time.
Picture quality is second to none too.

I have been using this company for some years now. The after service is great. They always go above & beyond to help. Such a friendly team. I had my alarm system fitted yesterday which I highly recommend fitted by the lovely Simon. He was so helpful, friendly & explained everything in detail until I understood it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the installation provided by Simon today.
He arrived on time and discussed and confirmed what had been agreed with Kevin.
Every step of the way Simon kept us informed, explaining things in easy to understand language. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very patient with us both.
He was professional, tidy, friendly and knowledgeable.
The quality of his workmanship was first class and the end product is impressive.
He is a credit to Home CCTV Ltd.

Kevin carried out the site visit 3 weeks ago. He is larger than life with a friendly personality.
At no time did we feel under pressure to buy, and we knew from the outset what the costs would be.

Just had 3 cameras alarm motion sensors and a surprise motion sensor fitted the gadgets are amazing the quality is A1 and the fitter Simon was absolutely fantastic at his job very well mannered respectful and just a great guy a credit to your company.

I am a long time and highly satisfied customer of HomeCCTV. From the initial point of sale many years ago, to the current day the products and after care and service has been second to none. The cameras are a fabulous piece of kit, but selling products is often the easy part, the aftercare and service if something requires attention in later years, extended warranties etc that do what they say on the tin is the really important part and this is really where HomeCCTV excel. Customer service and aftercare is amazing, responsive, efficient and super friendly. All round incredibly professional business who I would and do highly recommend to friends and family as well as anyone looking for great home CCTV installation but also superior aftercare. (Special call out to Trev as well for the specific assistance given today with a minor issue with one of our cameras, the whole team is great but Trev is a super guy & deserves a special mention.!! Appreciate your help)

Just had 4x CCTV cameras fitted by Home CCTV Ltd. The whole process was easy and the quality of the work was second to none.
Arrived on site on the day and time agreed, and carried out a clean and tidy job.
Full instructions on how to operate the system was provided after the installation. Highly recommended

Had 2 cameras fitted on the 24th August. Simon who installed the cameras was brilliant, he explained everything, set up the sensors & did a very good job. Very friendly & hard working. Would highly recommend
