We had our cameras installed today that was great. It was very very professional and Joel was a very nice man. Highly recommend. A very tidy job. Well done.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I got a very quick response to my initial enquiry, i got a date for the sales rep to visit soon after, Everything is explained up front, costs, installation, type of camera's etc. (I'm not techy, but they make it so simple to understand). I liked that they do not give you a price until they have assessed your property and needs. (So there is NO hidden costs). Communication is amazing. The installation was done by Simon and Charles. They turned up when they said they would, cracked on with the job, lots of Communication whilst the installation was ongoing. And finished well before the scheduled time frame I'd initially been given. They cleaned up afterwards too. (Always a bonus star for this part). The cost is not the cheapest on the market, but as I learnt from my last cheap CCTV system I had, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Spend the extra now and you won't regret it. It's an amazing, easy to use system and I cannot recommend this company enough. Very happy with every aspect of my camera installation with these guys.

The whole process from initial home visit to installation and after care is superb. No hidden fees, 24 hour tech support, mobile phone access to your system! These guys have the lot. When the salesman first visited and completed the survey he was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely up front with fees, installation process and no high pressure sales. He simply explained what was available and the price. The lads that installed it…. turned up exactly when they said they would, fitted it, showed us how to operate and navigate the system, cleaned up and only left when we fully understood everything. We’ve had it running now a little under 4 years and the only issue was when we changed internet supplier and a quick chat with tech support had us back up within about 20 minutes. Full peace of mind using this. I can sit at work and watch on my phone and the alerts identify everything. Superb

The communication was great with this company and they were very friendly/professional.
The picture is brilliant and it has made me feel so much safer in our new home, accessing it on my phone is so handy. We initial had to get a camera moved and they did it really swiftly, even calling me to view to the new position to make sure I was happy.
The support team are also great, special mention to James.

We purchased CCTV in our previous property. Was very impressed with the quality of cameras. We relocated and took our CCTV system with us . Joel was amazing. Very friendly. Saw advert on Fb contacted them and they were brilliant getting straight back to me Kevin came and gave me a quote very polite friendly offered to take his shoes off coming into house within 2 weeks as they are busy got two cameras installed by think it was Scott fantastic lad exactly the same removed his shoes entering the house answered all my questions couldn’t be happier yes the prices are steep but you get what you pay for and peace of mind one happy customer

Phoned this morning. Got very quick response via WhatsApp, Jack was brilliant in talking me through what to do in language which was clear and easy to understand how to get the CCTV feed back onto my mobile phone

Jack is always quick to reply, his videos and instructions are concise easy to understand.
Nothing seems too much. Which really helps when you’re not so tech savvy. It was a pleasure.

Brilliant alarm system in less than 7 days to fitting. Super easy to use. All at a great price. Joel who fitted the alarm was great, answered all our questions & was very efficient. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

After unplugging cables to decorate I realised I didn’t have a clue how to put them back.
Fortunately for Me James the great came to my rescue and very patiently went through it step by step with pics and drawings. Thanks a million for sharing your evening with me James.

I have used Home CCTV for a number of years.I have their camera system and intruder alarm installed and they are both top quality products.The after sales service that Jack has provided is outstanding.I definitely recommend this company.

I had a four camera system installation three years ago on my house.
I moved and they came out and took the cameras down and moved it to my new house
I add I have just moved again and they came out and have took the same system down again . The cameras are well made and robust that they still look new .
I am now having them reinstalled again in the next week at my new house . I can not recommend them enough on how easy it has been to contact them and how friendly they have been

Joel from Homecctv delivered a really outstanding service when he installed two cameras for us. I was expecting a lot more disruption and mess but Joel was really efficient and tidied and hoovered up after himself. He encountered a few problems on installation but quickly found a way around them. It was a baking hot day but Joel worked really quickly and everything was set up and apps downloaded etc in short order. Everything has been working effectively since. My thanks Joel. I would have no hesitation in recommending Homecctv. The pre and post installation service has also been excellent.
