I got three stairlift companies to survey my house and give me a quote. Homelife’s surveyor listened to what I said and offered the only solution that gave me what I’d asked for, and it came in at the best price. I needed to see and try out the product, so the surveyor arranged for my wife and me to visit a local installation.
When it came to installing my stairlift the engineer talked me through what he was going to do and took note of my comments about how I wanted to use the system. When he finished he explained the controls and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left.
I now have a stairlift that helps me without getting in the way of people who don’t need to use it.

I had no problem with anything to do with the installation. Polite, friendly, cleared up any mess he made……but oh dear their after sales service is rubbish.

Two phone calls, both with the promise to get back to me with a date for someone to come and help with a slight problem I have. Still not resolved!!!

PLEASE NOTE…. Issue has now been resolved, thank you. Extremely pleased with the stairlift, it has made a huge difference to our mobility problems.

Everything went smoothly. The fitter was very professional and friendly. Having the stair lift fitted has been a great help for me.

The company are quick, efficient and it’s a great product. I compared carefully with their competitors, Acorn rail is neat and as unobtrusive as possible. They offer a full refund if the stairlift is not used for 14 days after installation. They came and fitted it within 2 days whilst others quoted 5 to 6 weeks. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I could not fault anything from the initial phone call from your office through to the installation and the end product.

From the first consultation everyone was very polite, respectul and professional. Our needs were listened to and we weren't coaxed into buying anything we didn't need. Darrol fitted the stairlift and was very clean quick and put my mum at ease. He explained everything very well and I can highly recommend

As one gets older it becomes difficult to find a company to trust let alone one, who actually goes out of their way to make the job of fitting a stairlift, easier for you. From initial enquiry, to solving fitting of power points and fitting and testing the stairlift and in such a short time was what Homelife was wonderful to come across. I never felt pressured, but more assured from the survey (Thanks to Mike )to the fitting (the cheerful wonderful Darrell) and assurance and assistance from the home office throughout( (thank you Lee, Paul and Ethan) was alway reassuring. For an excellent product at a good price, I'm delighted I chose Homlife as they made the whole process easier for me. Couldn't recommend a better team

Homelife Stairlifts are very good at discussing the mobility issue and the initial surveyor Martyn explained all the options clearly to us. Dealing with Ethan at the office sales was also a good experience.
Finally Ashley the Fitter was excellent, he left the area clean and tidy and spent valuable time showing and discussing the workings of our new lift. To date we have experienced great service , thanks to all the team. Kenneth Moreton

Ellery came to fit our stair lift on one of the worst weather days of the year and this did not phase him. He was extremely professional and personable. Completing the installation very quickly and leaving the area very tidy. He fully went through the instructions and how to use the lift. Ensuring my father had understood and practised using it.

everything went well I am very pleased with the stairlift and the way it was put in,I didn't realise how much it would help me the gentleman who put it in I'd reccommend to everyone.

The whole experience from ordering to installation was easy and painless , the fitter was polite and friendly , he also did a brilliant job of setting up our stairlift . We have been using our lift for a while now and it has worked faultlessly, it has proved to be a real lifesaver for the both of us .

Stair lifts jamed at the top of the stairs, I couldn't pass it after the first week of fitting. My husband had to crawl underneath it [he has vascular dementia] and can't walk very well, hence the need for the stair lift!! To open the door for a neighbour to help. The second week again our daughter who lives in the village did the same. These happened on a Sunday each time so my message was left on an answer machine. I was told I would receive a call on the Monday didn't happen I rang them to bre told they had ordered new parts and would be fitted on the Friday as they were busy. New parts for a 2 and a half week old product? Not fixed as yet they say we would be OK as we got it to work and we could always ring them as over the phone they could tell us how to fix it. No problem!! Jamed twice 26th January and 9th February.

Installation was fast and efficient, the installer was very pleasant and worked tidily, would highly recommend.

They were very helpful and gave me a very informative explanation about how the stairlift works and how much it costs
