A pleasant experience from start to finish.Took time to explain everything and felt no pressure. Every part of it was handled very professionally.

I needed a stairlift in an emergeny. Everyone pulled out the stops and help me acheive it.
The video of the stairlift on Homelife was excellent for my making my choice. The gentleman who measured, did so with extreen care and the fitter worked efficiently with great attention to detail. He explained clearly how to use the lift and stayed until I was sure and was able to practice then leaving everything clean and tidy.
I can thoroughly recommend this company to give satisfaction with care.

The lads that came to fix the stair lift were great nothing too much trouble for them.

I was in hospital when the survey was done and the tech could not have been more considerate or helpful, calling me with information etc. Ash came to fit the lift 2 weeks later andinpressed with his quiet, competent manner. He did not spend ages on his mobile (as do many workers these days) but got on with the job in a most efficient manner. He demonstrated it most ably, cleaned up admirably and went on his way. As I couldn't et down the stairs it was a necessity but it has made a great difference my mental state as I no longer worry if I cant get up the stairs. I now know that I can. As kit goes it's a great piece of kit too. Well made and sturdy. Thank you.

Does what it says on the packet! Takes us up and down safely. Fitting was undertaken by Alwyn who is clearly a very experienced and competent engineer.

The sale,description,quality and installation was excellent.
Unfortunately my father was admitted to hospital 2 days before installation and passed away in hospital 3 weeks later and therefore never used the stairlift.
I was surprised and disappointed to discover the company did not offer a buy back option.

The stair .lift has made a big difference to my quality of life,I am no longer crawling up the last few stairs I wish I got one installed earlier.
The team was great in helping me choose the lift that suited my needs,any questions I had Lee was always on the other end of the phone to answer them.
When it came to the installation Ash could not of helped me more, he went through everything with me ,left everything clean and tidy after he finished. He even went out of the box and fitted me a spare grab rail I had just to help my keep my balance at the top of the stairs.

So easy to order the stair lift and it was installed within a week. It has changed my life beyond all recognition.
I paid for it by taking a credit card with 0% finance for 21 months and paid for it over a shorter period to suit me. The staff were friendly and extremely supportive and explained everything fully, and I’m nearly 80.

This stairlift has been a life changer! I now enjoy a new independence and less back and legs pain!! From the first visit to the installation everyone has treated me with respect and willing to answer any questions that I had. Special thanks to ASH, the engineer, as he had to tolerate my chatting!! The follow up by Lee has been great too. Altogether a great company who I would thoroughly recommend.
