One of the best villas we have ever been. Beautiful garden with great clean pool and a lot of places to chill during hot days. Inside of the villa it’s very specious and well equipped for a big group of friends or families. The only thing missing is air conditioning but each room has ventilator which helps a lot.

Era un esperienza ottimo, era verramente ottimo che era qual’uno que era resposabile per la mondize, giardino, picina.

The Villa was exemplary , Air conditioning in every bedroom except top two smaller rooms.(Large fans supplied)
It would of been nice in the TV room.
Kitchen had everything .
WIFI ,the normal complaint, Not enough reach around the house and limited bandwidth at times It would of been nice to have a booster at the pool side and outside tables.
Pool was brilliant,cleaned regularly ,without it, the week would of been a disaster,
Not a location for youngsters (teenagers) as nothing for them to do (and low bandwidth) . It was oppressively hot in July with an average of 38 Degrees everyday , It made walking around hill towns a no go in the middle of the day where temperatures crept into the 40`s. You defiantly need a car to travel around. Lovely Pizza /Restaurant just down the road.

A mio parere non completata negli arredi e negli oggetti utili a viverla completamente
Manca una tettoia per ricovero auto che se no sta tutto il giorno sotto il sole cocente
In camera non c’è uno specchio un attaccapanni una cassettiera
In cucina manca lavastoviglie forno microonde tostapane
Piscina posta su lato che nel pomeriggio e’ all’ombra mentre ci sarebbe spazio su lato a ovest della casa

Ho apprezzato la location ed il servizio offerto massima disponibilità ad accogliere le richieste del cliente

Che dire.. posto splendido per ospitare tanti amici!
Presente tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Il bar di fronte alla villa è un punto a favore non indifferente.
E poi il proprietario, Cristiano, è una persona eccezionale, presente e mai invadente è molto molto gentile e disponibile.

Molto bravi e puntuali

Un week-end da favola, una location spettacolare, calorosa, accogliente e raffinata. Villa Teloni si conferma ancora una volta un luogo d'incanto in cui trascorrere con amici e parenti un soggiorno di festeggiamenti indimenticabili. Eva proprietaria spettacolare, dolce e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta e/o necessità. Spero di tornare presto.

Esperienza veramente bellissima, assistenza in tutto e per tutto a qualsiasi ora (eva fantastica),abbiamo affittato villa barbero per capodanno tutto andato oltre le aspettative.

La villa era molto bella, ma soprattutto l’agente Francesco margheritini è stato impeccabile. Non ha tralasciato nessun dettaglio ed è stato sempre disponibile dall’inizio alla fine, assecondando tutte le nostre richieste. Anche la padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Sofia in Umbria, and the staff at Homelike Villas was terrific to work with. The reservation process was very thorough and easy, and the Villa Sofia was as beautiful as the pictures depicted it to be! The owners, Daniella and Aldo, did everything in their power to make sure that we had a wonderful stay in their lovely home, which we all appreciated--they even shared their home-made wine and olive oil with us! And the agency assigned us a fabulous travel consultant, Lorenzo, who texted with me regularly before our stay to arrange transportation, in-villa chef meals and cooking classes, and day trips---thank you so much Lorenzo! I would recommend Homelike Villas to anyone who would like to stay in a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside!
