Tuesday hear back ... that plumber can't come til Thursday (no hot water for 5 days??) NOT ACCEPTABLE!
HOMESERVE agreed and sends new plumber(surprise we need new hot water tank). Before installing while here says we are over our 1000$ limit and will owe 233$ out of pocket. Double service charge because we didn't stay with original plumber!! We said 5 days no hot water unacceptable for 5 days ! Home serve sent 2nd plumber!! We have every service they provide thru Duquesne light and have had for at least 15 years! This is what we get after thousands of dollars invested in this money saving insurance?
And try to talk to someone above customer service! NOT HAPPENING!
I tell everyone about how great this protection is... NO MORE

The agent who handled my telephone service request was excellent and the time of assigning a contractor to the contractor’s initial visit to diagnose the gas line issue was one day. HomeServe’s approval was granted quickly after the diagnosis and the repair was completed within two days.

3rd request for service and today I find out I need a new furnace. Bandaid repairs prior to avoid replacement. I should have been told about this during my first request for service. Why weren’t these problems of corrosion and mold identified the first time?
