Bad experience. The dress came wrong to size. Custom to our measurements we sent. In fact we accidentally sent one wrong measurement and they caught it before we did.

Quite happy with our purchase. The dress was for my Daughter's Grade 8 graduation. We were working on a budget, but wanted her to love whatever she chose. This dress checked all the boxes. And has pockets! Lol

After looking online at different dresses for my daughter, trying to find a cheaper alternative to some of the pricier shops here in the UK, my daughter fell in love with a beautiful blue dress on the Homesup website.

A terrible company who steal other people’s hard work and ideas and pawn them off as their own. Weird_Watercolours on Instagram created the Jesus Christ what a year calendar, Homesup stole it. It’s even watermarked with WWC logo! DO NOT BUY! Support the original artist please! She’s mad as a box of spiders but deserves the credit for a masterpiece!

Very glad I found this website on the Internet, a lot of beautiful evening dresses. I choose and be sure to order a dress for birthday.

The hem wasn't sealed and sewn shut and several of the jewels on the bodice were sewn on backwards or scratched. There isn't a phone number for you to call, so the only way you can contact the company is via email.

I purchased a dress from Homesup for my daughter. I paid an additional fee to have the dress "rushed" to make sure it arrived on time. The dress arrived late. The dress arrived in a plastic bag, not the "exquisite" packaging shown and mentioned on the website. The dress was similar, but not even close to the quality of the dress pictured on the site.

I checked the measurements on the website and placed my online order. I had my dress within 2 weeks and did not need a fitting!

Same as the rest, they took my money and I never received the items.

I should have checked the feedback but to those that do avoid this company is a scam.

I've sent multiple emails chasing my order with my reply.

Cannot get a response from this seller as to where my goods are

ordered simple BBQ items - never came, money taken. then asked me for a review. I replied saying give me the product or a refund but nothing. I doubt that anyone will respond here as they clearly wont care - my order number was Order #132110. In the absence of a reply I am posting this as a further warning to potential customers - do not use this company ! they are a rip off.

Why didn’t I look on here before ordering?!
1) I was sent a tracking link that didn’t work!
2) the delivery took weeks to get here
3) the product was very poor quality and not as described.
4) part of the order was missing
5) no response to my numerous messages asking for help!

I ordred Bee cups took ages to turn up. These cups are plastic not ceramic. The wooden holder was unmarked and useless which makes them exspensive. Will use as the idea is good

Bought 2 bottles of perfume & they smell of nothing & are in tacky bottles.

I ordered cleaning cloths and paid £9.98 including postage. I have tried emailing them but no response as items not received. This is a Chinese Company, even with UK in its name. If I order on line again from a Company I have not used before, I will look at reviews first. UPDATE. Finally got product after 3 weeks. Product excellent. Service of Company not. Subsequent to this review , I have now received a full refund.

Same as Jason Tannocks review. Very small so will only hold a teaspoon of water which will evaporate in no time when the summer comes. Waste of money. Put a large stone in your bird bath for bees to stand on instead.

Ordered some bee cups after seeing them on an Instagram advert. They looked really good online, I waited weeks not realising they were coming from China as assumed UK due to the name!
They arrived, not as expected. They were meant to be ceramic but what I received was some nasty cheap plastic imitation of what I ordered and resembled a golf tee.
I emailed the customer services which was listed in my purchas email only for it to bounce back because the email address didn’t actually exist!
Don’t use this site. I wish I’d googled them before buying.
