Wish I'd read the reviews. Ordered for a birthday gift but now realise it is not going to come for weeks if at all. Sent a tracking link but want me to download an app to use it, I think not!

Awful site. Don’t waste your money. No response at all when you email them, product arrived chipped and they just don’t respond so unable to return. Scam.

I ordered a medieval cat calendar a week before Xmas and it still hasn’t arrived! It was suppose to be a gift for my boyfriend at Christmas.. Iv had no email response or anything about delivery but happily taken my money straight away from my account! I would like to know when it’s actually arriving? Maybe next Christmas!!! If at all!

Bought a Tree of Life ornament and it took weeks to arrive...The worst item I have ever bought online! Absolute crap...Learnt my lesson for sure.

Ordered foam cleaner, in advert appeared to be using a pressurised can releasing white foam to clean drains etc, what arrived was a small pump action bottle with foam which didn’t do anything like the advert showed. Have contacted company asking for refund, due to misrepresentation, I’m not hopeful after reading these reviews :-(

I placed an order on 4th December, money taken immediately. I have not received items and despite having UK I their title it is coming from China! I have had no response to any of the many emails so I presume this is a scam

I would give no stars do not give them your money.
I ordered on 13.11.23 and I am still waiting for my item.
I've had an email to ask if I loke the item but I've not had it !
I have asked for a refund but get nothing back from them so annoying they take your money knowing you won't get your goods.
Thought with the name it was UK based it seems not.

Christmas ornament arrived broken! UK company in frigging CHINA! No response to emails or posts on FB. Con company! Thieves!

I placed an order - after seeing an advertisement on Instagram - which never arrived. I have emailed the company numerous times but no response. I have asked for a refund but still nothing and no other way to get in touch with them. I wish I’d looked at reviews prior to ordering as obviously a “scam” company. Ironically they still send me emails advising stuff for sale. Shocking!

UPDATE 29/12/23 Finally received my order. Unfortunately, one of a pair of the hand fitted torch gloves was not working and the other was already switched on so not sure how long it will last and there’s no facility to change the battery or re charge it. At least I know now the that the company is legit though. I have now changed the rating to a two star.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my order took 2 weeks to arrive which I could forgive if my two baubles hadn’t arrived smashed to pieces after being sent in a plastic bag, I’ve emailed them several times over 3 weeks to no response!

First and last time ordering from this company. No communication, lengthy delivery and when I eventually received goods, not what I ordered. I have emailed to report this several days ago..no response.

Ordered two of the same size in different colors. Obviously not the same size. One is much smaller than the other.

Took a chance and ordered from them after seeing an advert on Facebook. My order didn’t turn up for 10 days and then I read these reviews and started to worry I’d been scammed. Thankfully, two days later my order arrived surprisingly and I assume maybe late due to Christmas post? Very relieved and actually a very good product was delivered, good packaging and works perfectly!

Received confirmation of order. yet to receive order . Sent 3 emails no reply . Made comment on Facebook page . Still no reply . Conveniently have no contact phone number

Shame you can't leave 0 stars x placed an order for Christmas NO sign of order NO response to emails these people are crooks and scammers They advertised on Face Book the comments on there was fine should have checked on here first lesson learnt x

Placed an order on the 2nd Dec-no sign of anything -or responses to my emails asking for an update. I’ve given up hope of receiving anything.
I would have preferred to have not given any stars but seemed to need one to move forward to the review .

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took my coin but never sent me a confirmation email and funnily enough I have a scammer trying me out right after. EDIT: I have received items eventually received items thankfully. It's good but I'm not sure it's as good as it seems on the advert. Gloves with led lights.
Just wish they'd confirmed my order instead of sending me email adverts.
