This should be shut down and reported just read reviews and same as mine sent order they took my £48.00 no confirmation email sent them multiple messages and no reply something needs to be done .

Ordered a bauble and a photoframe. Took 3 weeks to arrive, no emails for tracking, eventually opened my items to find that the photoframe was cracked. I have sent 3 emails online as that is the only way of contacting them and no response. Do not use this site it is a scam. Wish i had read the reviews first before purchasing

Would have give zero stars if I could. No invoice or delivery note in the parcel with any details. Product was poorly made generally and faulty. 3 emails sent to customer service, no response. The website says you must contact them for a return address within 14 days but they are not there to contact.

Took my money, didn’t receive an email confirmation, or a delivery. Sent multiple emails chasing and none have been acknowledged or answered! They stole my money and I’ve got no way of getting hold of them! They need reporting! They are a complete scam!

This website is clearly a scam. No order confirmation, money taken but no order exists! Absolutely no customer service asking for help. Sending me reminder emails as if I had left product in the basket, wanting to trick you to purchase again, even though you have just made the purchase. Again, order doesn’t exist. Luckily I took a screen shot of the transaction completed to be able to go by it. Still, legitimately order “does not exist”

Ordered 2 kids drawing rolls never came have sent several emails and no reply. Sent a tracking order number - useless as it doesn’t exist. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

No good way to tie this on. I tried using the elastic that came with it but the nose just flops down. Unusable.

Disgraceful, no option for a zero rating unfortunately. Ordered a 2 in 1 vacuum cleaner and never received a confirmation email or receipt. Contacted customer services for a delivery date but no response. The item eventually arrived but was worse than useless. Contacted customer service for a returns form, again no response. No contact phone number either. Avoid or risk being ripped off.
