I wish I could leave a positive review of the product, as I was excited to try. I never received my order. When I contacted customer service, they said the order was delivered. End of story. They did not care that I paid for the items and NEVER received them.

There is no way to remove payment information from their website, and no way to cancel subscriptions. When inquiring for help, I am redirected to my Account, over and over with no link or option to cancel these.

Company is anything but Honest. Quality is in the toilet. No customer service help for problems. Probably why in 2021 they scammed investors when they went public and stock became a loser big time. And after the lawsuit and jacked up attorney fees those who lost money get like 26 cents a share. Don't buy from them!!!

Don’t buy from them. Their products and service are awful. I placed a large order and they promised delivery within 5-7 business days. This was meant to be a gift. After a week with no updates, I emailed them but got no response for 5 days, even though they claim to reply within 1-3 days. When they finally replied, they just said my order would arrive soon with no real update. I asked to cancel but they ignored it. Three weeks later, my order arrived, but half of it was canceled because items were out of stock when they packed. Ridiculous. Worst of all, many clothes were defective. I emailed them so many times but no one bothered to resolve anything

I had a subscription with them, but I went to change the address and the delivery date. The package was sent to the old address, and customer service did not help to either reroute the package, offer a refund, or provide a way to solve this. Instead, they canceled my subscription and were ok with me leaving a negative review.

SCAM/ FISHING
This company is a data mining company, it did it to me. I bought a pair of sandals on TikTok and to my terrible surprise, my account was used to buy a subscription to something of theirs. I contacted them via chat and email to tell them what happened, and they simply said that I had bought it. There was no way for me to cancel and get a refund. After my email complaining, I received another one saying that they were going to charge me another €66 for renewal. I contacted them again to ask for the cancellation and refund and was informed that I would have to pay a fee to cancel. It's absurd that I was robbed and I still have to pay so as not to be robbed again. At no time did I buy anything from them; they used an offer from another company to get my data and steal it.

They do not even deserve 1 star and I wish the FBI would investigate them !!!!! I placed 2 separate orders with them but NEVEER got my orders at all!!! I feel like my $112.00 was stolen and there is no recourse,

Stay away , if I would have read the reviews before i made a purchase, I would have not made it, customer service is not helpful . I actually like there product when I bought it in target , my honest advise to you guys . Don’t buy it . If you happen to have an issue with your order. Poor customer service. Won’t get resolved.

We were gifted quite a few months of the diaper & wipe subscription (this was not requested by us, just a thoughtful gift from someone). The diapers were... bad. They smelled like chemicals every time, across multiple designs and no design. He leaked through 1+ diapers EVERY.DAY. They were thin. They aren't soft.

They started giving our LO a rash, so we decided to stop using them entirely but we still had about 9 months of subscriptions left. I asked their customer support for some suggestions on how to use this to support our LO and we were told nothing could be done. The gift cards were not able to be used on their Honest Clothing site and their main site didn't have any other baby products. We're completely uninterested in the other products. We were told to have the gifter contact them and they'd refund one month. They kept asking me to find another resolution when I think that should have been their responsibility. I even raised this up to a manager.

Some good will come from this: we're donating 9 months of diapers and wipes. It just stings to lose out on hundreds of dollars to support our new baby.

I placed an order on 10th April and have never received goods. E mails going back and fire with promises that goods are on the way but now July and no goods received.

These people are definitely not honest. I sent them money for shoes in April but I have never heard back from them. I never received my purchase.

Instant Scam!
Stay away from this Chinese Co. based in Hong Kong.
They acted and advertised they were a name brand company and after purchase disappeared. Thank goodness I was looking at my bank account at the same time.

goods ordered on 4th April after numerous emails and promises of delivery no goods

Bought a train ticket online in advance, and needed to change the date of travel in advance. Couldn't get a refund because the refund admin to change the date was £10, which was slightly more than the ticket. So I'll have to loose that money, and have to pay the same amount again...

Great experience! I was able to use a discount I had and I loved my products. overall great.

I was gifted a $500 giftcard from the honest company and spent days trying to check out some baby clothing I picked out for my little one. However, after spending countless hours trying to apply the giftcard at checkout, I realized that the giftcard actually cannot be used for baby clothing!! This was NOT mentioned in the e-giftcard email that I received and my friend who got me the giftcard also had no idea because clothing was a tab on their website!! Super frustrating experience and super confusing system...
